Had an excellent stay at this beautiful home. Lots of big windows to let the sunlight in, very roomy in a great neighborhood. Close to downtown without all the madness of a big city. There are places to eat and a pub with one block from this B & B. I felt very much at home and was sorry to...

University of Puget Sound put me up at the Branch Colonial House. It's too bad my husband wasn't with me (I was here on business), because this is a very romantic B&B -- very homey and nicely appointed. I stayed in the Branch Quarters room overlooking the Bay -- large, beautiful, and very comfortable. Breakfasts were delicious and satisfying. I...

We had such a great time at the Branch Colonial House. Love the old fashion look and feel of the house. Had a great pizza dinner in front of a toasty fire pit on the front porch. Robin was so gracious and friendly. Breakfast was awesome!! Next time we come back we'll have the "Best Damn Cornflakes and Bananas" we've...

The Branch Colonial House is a very lovely property. The location is great, close to restaurants, shopping, etc. It is located on the corner of a busy street and parking is difficult. Parking is difficult in the entire area so there is no solution for that issue. The rooms were very clean and nicely furnished. There was a nice bottle...

We have stayed at the Branch Colonial house a dozen times over the past four years, most recently this past weekend for our son's graduation from University of Puget Sound. At this point Robin seems practically part of the family, and this is our model of the perfect bed and breakfast. Everything is always clean and comfortable but breakfast is...

Thank you for the rave review!!! Being in a different town is hard especial when it comes to things for your kids/young adult. I'm glad I could be of help. Hopefully you will remember that planes and Subaru always come to Washington ;-) Take Care, Robin

This B&B is just a 10 minute walk to the University of Puget Sound campus, where my daughter is a student. It is a lovely home with beautiful rooms. The innkeeper, Robin, is an amazing cook and provided fantastic breakfasts. She knows the area well, and was able to make recommendations on everything from restaurants who deliver, to where to...

We found Branch Colonial a lovely surprise. It's an old home with a fascinating history. The furnishings were quaint but very comfy. (Not always the case with B&Bs) Conveniently located, with plenty of street parking, I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Staying at the Branch Colonial was like a home away from home. Robin could not have been a more thoughtful or gracious hostess. I will remember her kindness and wisdom during a difficult time as I was visiting a sick relative. Not to mention great bed, and delicious breakfast. Thanks Robin.

A restful location on a peaceful street. Short drive to downtown, the park, and the resturant center on 6th. Liked the neighborhood so much that we started researching real estate. The house has had loving hands refurbishing its woodwork. The rooms are large (our bathroom was immense), well furnished and maintained. The wifi worked fine. All for an attractive price....
