If you enjoy the outdoors, Trout Lake is a great spot, and staying here makes it even more fun. The entire property is lovingly maintained and charmingly decorated, highlighting that you are out in the woods! The owners are usually the ones serving breakfast - yes, sweet potato waffles with huckleberries! - and are happy to offer hints and advice...

I loved this place. Very clean and well maintained. The decorations were charming and the rooms so cozy with comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and enjoyable to visit with. Great waffles. We can't wait to return and take advantage of all the outdoor activities since our weekend was busy with a wedding.

Very cozy, clean and comfortable. Welcomed our dog and they have a pretty dog walk area that is kept spotless. The huckleberry waffles made for us in the morning were excellent. Friendly and helpful staff. Hope we get the chance to go back some time!

Stayed here for a recent hunting trip. The room was nice & clean. The front desk clerk was more than helpful. We were the only ones staying there at the time. They offered their continental breakfast but we declined each day due to us leaving for hunting very early in the mornings. Will be back for sure.

Visited here in October. Loved the room: size, decor, Electric stove; the staff were wonderful and I was able to get a room only a few days before visiting, had a great gift shop/lobby with tons of historical pictures and other info on the walls. Loved the simple, but delicious continental breakfast. Miss seeing the mountian due to cloud cover...

This looks a little like an old strip motel, but is more like a B n B with better privacy. Well appointed rooms, with a country theme, gas fireplaces. They did a nice job updating with log furniture, trim and colors. Staff were nice, helpful locals, who made us feel very welcome. Sweet potato waffles for breakfast. This is a...

We spent a weekend there in September and loved it. Very quiet although it was right off the main highway. Never heard our neighbors. We took our dog as they have 2 rooms dedicated to be dog friendly. The room did not smell like it ever had a dog stay there. Breakfast was good especially the Sweet Potato Waffle with...

We were in town for a wedding, not many choices in Trout Lake. We booked Trout Lake Valley Inn based on past reviews. The staff at Trout Lake Valley Inn are so friendly and welcoming, the room was very clean and well stocked with everything you would need, including a coffee pot, fridge and microwave, even a teddy bear and...

We stayed here to go and climb Mt Adams. The decor was great, the room was very spacious and clean. The Hot Tub on the deck was exactly what we needed and the staff was accommodating and helpful. Of all the places we stayed on this last vacation the Trout Lake Calley Inn, got it right!
