My wife and I weren't quite sure what to think of this place when we first arrived. We check in at the bar and the room we stayed in, cottage 6, was like a tiny log cabin/trucker stop. It was moderately clean. The walls were pretty thin so we were subject to some late night karaoke by what we assume... More

This place is a hidden gem. Kayaking, oystering, fishing, fire pits, and beautiful sunsets on the Hood Canal....45 minute drive to Bremerton where you catch the ferry to Seattle for the day. 2 hour drive on Olympic peninsula to Port Angeles where you can catch the ferry to Victoria, Canada for the day.( a must do if you have never... I was expecting to have a good time at Robin Hood Village Resort, and I am pleased to say that the folks at RH came through with flying colors. What impressed me was the quite easygoing vibe exuded by the accommodating staff that made for a pleasant stay, in a clean nicely appointed cabin. We enjoyed the well kept grounds,as... More

stayed for one night in a private cottage with hot tub. it was a cute space, clean. the grounds were nicely maintained. food was good at the restaurant. the hot tub was not a traditional one, it was made from heavy plastic and inflated (that took us by surprise).

Mid-week stay using Groupon. Saved about half over weekend rate. Nice bed, kitchen, bathroom. Private hot tub beside. Cottage # 9 farthest away from road. Did not hear any traffic at all. Guests have access to kayaks to be used on Hood Canal across the road. A few nearby restaurants. Relaxing stay.

We stayed at Robin Hood village in house number 3. It is pretty close to the main road, but never bothered me, but if you are a light sleeper it might end up waking you up in the morning. It is not the cleanest room I've ever stayed in (carpet was stained and it is a little dusty) but it... More

Had a very average dinner at a restaurant that used to be a highlight on Hood Canal. The wait staff seemed confused and not prepared to answer questions. It's probably a good idea to stick with pub- style entrees here rather than the something more ambitious.

It's no wonder this place gets booked out months in advance. The cabins are so cute and even though they are pretty close to others, you still get your privacy. They have your own personal hot tubs and porch seating for morning coffee and kayaks available for you to take out on the water! There are the cutest little spots... More

We found a groupon that led us to the website, it looked very appealing, and we decided to take our visitor from abroad, a new adventure for us all. The Hood Canal area is lovely, calm and not busy, restful location, and beautiful surroundings. It is rustic in character, has walk in the forest behind the cabins, near the water... More
