My husband and I stayed at Mt. Gardner Inn a couple of years ago, so we made sure to book again this time. We were in town for the concert at Pearrygin Lake State Park. Clean, comfortable room, lovely hosts. We will absolutely book again!

My husband and I stopped for 1 night on our way over the North Cascades Highway and absolutely loved the hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and friendly staff. I highly recommend this hotel in the lovely town of Winthrop.

We stayed in the Ptarmigan room July 2016, and it was the best stay of our 10-day trip through Olympic National Park and the Cascade Loop. The room layout worked very well. It was great to have a comfy sofa for reading and planning purposes, and my husband enjoyed morning coffee on our private second-story porch. Although our bathroom was...

We spent a night at Mt Gardner Inn to attend the final day of the Blues Festival. We were so lucky to book a night with them as we couldn't have been more happy. The room was nicely decorated, spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds. It was very quiet, even though we had a front room right next to the road....

We arrived on our motorcycles on a hot day and were checked in by Alison, the owner. What a sweet and kind woman! Our room (#1) had two queen beds, was impeccably clean and the beds super comfy! The Inn has a lovely back yard and is in walking distance to downtown, which is just plain fun. One added bonus...

We brought our grandkids here for a few days. We started in the pheasant room on the first level. Having the back door available was great for parking the bikes and sitting out to view the gardens and nature. This quiet charming inn was clean and had the basic amenities. They also provide free DVD which was a plus for...

What a great little town! The hotel was wonderful - nice and cozy. They gave us great suggestions on hikes also. Easily can walk into town and enjoy many of the great restaurants/shops. We loved the Schoolhouse Brewery - great hamburgers and craft beers. The whole town looks like a Western town drawn from an old picture! We also had...

We were pleased to find the excellent reviews of Mt. Gardner Inn on Tripadvisor to be accurate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room accommodations were quite nice, covering all the essentials, and with clear thought toward guest needs. AC in the room was excellent, and kept up with the 90 degree days while there. I found setting...

This a very comfortable motel with extremely nice and helpful staff/owners. The room is functional, clean and very tasteful. The grounds are very well maintained with a grass common area that has a great view for sunsets. It's the best non-luxury motel we've every stayed in. In fact, for my taste it was close to perfect. And the area is...

We visited Winthrop for our 9th Anniversary weekend and the Mt. Gardner Inn was the perfect place to stay. So close to downtown shopping and eateries and very quiet and peaceful with a nice large deck and territorial view. Super comfy beds with a very cute updated décor. Starbucks coffee in the room was nice. So were the complimentary granola...
