I don't understand why anyone would stay here. The pros and cons as I see them are: Pros: It's one of, if not the only, B&B type accommodation in the area. Cons: It's NOT close to anything! The location is completely inappropriate if planning a trip to Woodinville for wine tasting and fine dining. The rooms are cluttered with bric-a-brac...

Certainly do want to respond...Yes, you are right...we are not in the downtown part of Woodinville, we advertise that we are in unincorporated Woodinville, secluded on a five acres an evergreen forest. We also take pride in the fact that we do not offer a sterile experience, we strive on being unique and offering a different experience than a regular...

We booked a "Getaway Package" for 2 nights to celebrate my "mature" birthday. The package included a french cooking class for 2. Nancy greeted us when we arrived and showed us to our very lovely room, the honeymoon suite. The decor is very homey and we felt very comfortable immediately. The cooking class was fun and we shared the meal...

Home is in a nice quiet wooded setting. Clean room, French country motif, vintage 80's Laura Ashley linens. French country breakfast of yogurt, granola, fresh fruit and fresh pastry. First night was quiet and enjoyable. Second night was less than respectful for all guests spending the evening. Appears that our hostess had a bachelorette cooking party with typical loud outbursts...

Our cooking classes are normally over at 9:30, all of our guests were out the door by 10:30...We, regretfully did not have much control over the fun and noise level generated by our guests...We did repeatedly ask them leave and asked them to be quiet as we knew you were upset. I did send you an apology and a partial...

My husband and I took a round table cooking class here and it was really fun. We each brought a bottle of wine to share with the group of 10 other couples. The chef paired everyone up with someone else so we as a couple could learn as much as possible. We all then proceeded to create an amazing meal...

I was at the Kilpatrick/Johnson wedding, 8/22/15, as an invited guest & part of the wedding party. I was privy to the written flow sheet/schedule. 1) Per K/J's written schedule - 'dinner to start at 7:10 pm. Cake cutting 8:20'. Plain and simple - dinner was not served on time. It was well after 8 pm before my table was...

Auberge de Seattle, Woodinville: The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly We contracted with the Auberge of Seattle owner/manager, Nancy Gates Douglas, for our wedding ceremony followed by a reception dinner for 40 persons. The specifics of the evening events were detailed in a written contract and emails. The contract specified the services to be provided; we also sent a...

Patti, thanks for this review...We do not feel it is presented with the correct information. Our dinner service was started on time and the hot entree was served on time. There was absolutely no reason for the food to be delayed. For each course we waited until your guests had finished eating and then cleared the tables. The guests did...

We rented the Chef's cottage for a week to help out our daughter and the new baby in their family. It was clean and attractive with a bedroom and large kitchen/sitting room. The owner was friendly and helpful, even during the power outage caused by a huge windstorm. The setting was quiet, with a lovely garden. It might be a...

My daughter and I bought a Groupon for a two night stay with French cooking class included. When we returned from dinner she offered us dessert and we had an opportunity to learn about the property...

We arrived in time to settle in and then headed straight to the French Cuisine cooking class. It was a new experience, and one we're so glad we tried. The class was so much fun and gave us an opportunity to meet and dine with new friends. Chef Philip was clearly a professional, but knew how to keep things light...
