Food and drinks were great so decided to stay at Tari's Inn upstairs from the restaurant. The restaurant and bar close around 9:00 so we thought the location would be great plus the $60/night sounded great. The room was horrible!! The bed, bath, living area were from the 70's. The carpet was older than my grandmother. I can't believe we... More

Every time we go to Berkeley Springs we eat at Tari's Café. Good food and service. On the main street. We didn't stay in the Inn so have no opinion of it. The café does have interesting art work from local artists.

This is a great little cafe that is right on Main Street but blends in to the row shops in the old town across from the courthouse and right next to Berkeley Springs park. The menu is a match for tony little eateries in "foodie" places like DC metro, Austin or Portland, OR. Great selection, quality ingredients, slight twist on... More

Visited Tari's all three nights we stayed in Berkeley Springs, WV and could not recommend it more. The food is wonderful, the staff is the best and it is an easy walk from the Country Inn where we stayed. The chef offers a Burger and Pint special and as I don't eat red meat he made a special smoked portobello... More

The appetizer fried green tomatoes with Brie was wonderful. Dinner pasta dishes were equally good. First time I had a Moscow mule but won't be the last. Easy walk from the hotel in town. Would recommend and return.

My daughter & I had a crab - portabello appetizer to share. She normally doesn't care much for mushrooms, but this changed her mind. It was outstanding! Our entrees were the specials ( me oysters, her pork) and my mouth is watering right now. We were there for supper & had reservations. Prob wise on a weekend. I will return.

The rooms are very comfortable and cozy. The service is good and, of course, the restuarant is top-notch. We have been coming back for the Sleep and Dine deal for the past rew years, and it is the best value offered anywhere. Check in at the bar was smooth and everyone was extremely friendly. As the owners always say, if... More

Three of us went for lunch. Sallie got the Steel City Salad. She said it was delicious, but next time she will ask for a different salad dressing. Cathy got a burger. She said it was delicious. I had French onion soup (delicious!) and pulled pork. The waitress warned me that it would be a little spicy. I found it... More

I reserved at Tari's several weeks in advance of a Saturday night stay (and after reading a number of reviews, due to concerns about whether, given the price, it would be ok). The short version of what happened (because I'm still very upset) was that I made a reservation by phone, confirmed it with my credit card, got the name... More

Adam and I stayed Friday night to Monday morning. The rooms were so comfy and cozy with our own private bath!! I felt like I walked into the Great Gatsby film! The service was Superb! The bartenders offered a wonderful atmosphere that had us coming in every night just to hang out with them. The food was AMAZING! We have... More

“There are steps up to the room Rooms 2 and 4 are really like two rooms with a shared bath. I have not stayed in the front rooms (1 and 3). They have a double bed and are right above the street, so may have some street noise. The back rooms don't have any that I noticed.”
