The owners are very nice people, and the breakfast was very nice. The room itself was tiny, and right off the dining room - the lack of privacy was disarming. I always felt that I was really near others, so for a "get away" the B&B was not what I was looking for.

Her home and property were lovely and made for a peaceful relaxing getaway. We didn't want to leave! We enjoyed sitting by the pond reading and...

We had a wonderful time at Sleepy Creek Tree Farm. The hostess made us feel so relaxed and comfortable. The house and grounds are beautiful and we had fun fishing in the pond and sitting with our feet in the creek. We loved the delicious (and huge) breakfast, an awsome start to the day. We enjoyed meeting the dog and...

The pond was overgrown and there was no good walking path to the creek--rather muddy on the day we were there. We went into the house -- immediately it smelled of cigarettes and a moldy smell. We were shown...

Sleepy Creek Tree Farm B&B is about a 10 minute drive from "downtown" Berkley Springs, and is set in a lovely wooded setting, with the the Sleepy Creek running through the property. You are essentially staying in the upstairs of the host's house, closed off only by a screen that prevents the animals (3 cats and 1 dog) from coming...
