Gave this hotel a good review at Christmas and they're still welcoming and convenient to the highway but their new concierge lounge is definitely a work in progress. Frequent Marriott members get free breakfast but how to get back into the lounge with your breakfast in your hands? At least it encourages road warriors to be nice to each other...

Stayed here for a conference - it is a pretty hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The exercise room was well-equipped. The location is near a mall and other restaurants, etc., not far from the river. Had drinks at the bar downstairs and the waiter was very friendly.

The employees were all so friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist. The food was very good and service was excellent. I was disappointed in the fact that we could not pull in front of the hotel to unload our luggage and had to carry it from the parking garage. Also I did not like paying $15...

Small outdated rooms (80's), pay to park (are you kidding!) no breakfast, no wifi (unless your a "member") and if your driving a 3/4 ton truck or bigger (stock) forget about covered parking! For the money, this Marriott missed the mark by a mile!

The hotel staff were excellent! Everyone was very nice and attentive. The room was clean, however I missed having a mini fridge and microwave in my room. The location is excellent!!! Very close to downtown attractions and restaurants!

The hotel is nice and remolded, and service is good, but...we were there for a weekend with over 160 in our group alone, not counting a football team that was there, also, and not counting other guests registered. We were there for 3 nights and 4 days...our group decided not to go there again. In the past, we were pleased,...

This facility reminds me of why I hate downtown conference/convention hotels. They are overpriced and parking is not convenient at all. You have to park in a garage, take an elevator all the way to the ground, then track through the lobby of the hotel to get to the elevator to get to your room. There's no direct access from...

Though an older hotel it has been modernized and kept up. Quiet, good sized rooms, comfortable beds, great bar-restaurant and very nice staff. Prices are very good as well. Centrally located by the Charleston mall.

Brought about 100 people here for a meeting. Sleeping rooms very nice, some do not have refrigerator but you can probably ask for one. My room had one. Wifi is not free unless you are a Marriott rewards person at a certain level. Very clean well appointed restroom. All staff did a great job and very helpful with all requests....
