Hotel is being renovated and the rooms are very clean and updated . Biggest complaint however is that the walls are literally paper thin!!!! I had earplugs in and could hear everyone beside us and in the hall. Very hard to sleep.
This is a nice Hampton Inn in a very nice spot up on the hill. From the front side you have a nice view of the mountains. The rooms are nice and comfortable. We were delighted to find a Gideon placed Bible in the room. Yes, we check where we stay to see if the Bible is there. Thank God is was there. It makes us feel better about the motel to find God's Word available. The limited breakfast was nice and the lady very helpful. Everything looked clean and if we make back to the area we would be pleased to stay there again.
VERY clean! They were doing remodeling but that just tells me that they actually keep up with it. Denise was the most sweetest and most helpful lady. My boyfriend had flowers sent to me and they took them to my room. They also have gloves and hand santitizer everywhere. They are very COVID-19 aware. I would recommend this Hampton to anyone!!!
My wife and I stayed here recently and thought the hotel was quiet and clean. There were plenty of safeguards in place with the covid thing going on. the breakfast part worked out great with it being served. If in the area, we would stay here again.
We stayed at this hotel while in Elkins to tour Beverly, Rich Mountain Battlefield and Camp Garnett on the weekend. We found our room clean and comfortable and the mountain view out of our second floor window was beautiful! Check in was quick and simple, staff was friendly and the hotel is easy to find and near restaurants, shops and nearby towns. Coffee is available in the lobby and a breakfast is offered. We would absolutely stay here again.
