We stay here every year in August when we go to the State Fair. It is very convient and the rooms are very nice. The lobby includes an ice machine, vending machines and also a coffee, tea counter available 24/7. They also have a lot of brochures on points of interest. The lobby and breakfast eating area is very comfy too. The breakfast includes a hot breakfast which is really good. The hotel staff is very responsive to your needs. The staff is very friendly and polite and appreciate our business. We will continue staying here every year.

It looked nice online but the pool isn’t as big as it looks. The outside and the hallways/elevator were sketchy. I wouldn’t stay here again. There is a nice MainStays by the airport I‘d stay at again. This one, not so much.

Had a good nights sleep and a good quick breakfast. Had reserved a King Room for my daughter and I and at check in they gave us a free upgrade to a larger king room with a pull out couch without us asking. It’s a little hard to get to due to a median. We stayed on the 3rd floor where the doors are on the inside, floors 1 & 2 are outside entrances. Would book there again if needed.

We had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. this was a last minute booking for New Years Eve! The prices are economical and the hotel is very clean. The rooms we're very cozy as well asaccomadating. It was complete with porcelain tubs, an efficient shower head, in room internet service and cable. The breakfast( included in the price of the stay),included a variety to satisfy us. There were hot foods, cold foods and gluten free alternatives. All were are the right temperature. The staff is family oriented and very professional. great stay

DO NOT STAY HERE! This is probably the worst hotel in Brookfield, WI and one of the worst ones in Milwaukee. We were booked there for a three day stay and just stuck it out because we didn’t want to move. There were dead bugs in both rooms we were given. I don’t think they ever vacuum the floors. Our sink was backed up and never fixed even though it had to be apparent to the maid when she was supposed to clean the sink. But obviously she was too lazy to care. The housekeeper never gave us a new bar of soap and never even cleaned the little plastic tray. After two days of this, I got so angry that I stormed downstairs and demanded a fresh bar of soap and a clean tray and for someone to come and fix the backed up sink. The microwave and fridge are at least 20 years old; apparently purchased from some thrift store to save money (I will add photo if I can). I have not seen a microwave like those since they first came out. All of the ice machines were out of order. This hotel has obvious signs of deterioration and decay and very poor management. I guess to save money they feel that it is ok to run a hotel with as little maintenance as possible. I know I will never stay here again, it is not worth it.

Room Tip: Higher floor might be a little better because the 2nd floor looks like a disaster

I was not impressed with this hotel one bit. First I thought that the rate was extremly to high for the quality of establishment it was supposed to be. Building was nice from the outside and lobby was nice. We were on the third floor so when we got off the elevator there was crap on the floor that stayed there until we left. That was 4 nights. The door in the bathroom looked like it was recycled from the curb and the tub was not sealed around one part of the tub. The crack between the tub and wall looked like it had mold in it. The sink was separate from the toilet and tub which made for a noisy morning when getting ready for the day.

Only reason why they are getting 2 stars from me is because staff was nice.. Decore was a little dated, rooms were clean but carpet and tub had a lot of stains and the bedding was horrible. Every night we were tangled up in the fitted sheet and cover due to the elastic being completely stretched out, same issue with our friends bed too.. Parking lot was absolutely horrible, trash all over the place, tons of broken liquor bottles everywhere, we told management about it but nothing was done. The crew that was staying there stayed out til about 1am each night (about 20 guys) drinking, grilling and playing music. Management should have stepped in about the trash and broken bottles everywhere..

This is a tired old facility way past it's prime. Lobby is nice but rooms are crowded with old furniture and bathroom grout and sealer needs serious attention. Lots of other options are available in the area. Considering what we paid I would stay elsewhere next time.

We were in town for a college visit at Carroll University. The hotel is fine for a one nights stay, room appeared clean, smelled fresh, some dust here and there but nothing off-putting. The one issue for us was the tub dripped. Breakfast was good, I can't really complain about free breakfast. BEWARE: THE POOL IS UNDER CONSTRUCTION. It was just one night so we didn't really care, but if you're traveling with kids I would call ahead of time and see if the pool will be open. Overall, for a one night stay, it was just fine.

This property needs a serious makeover. The rooms are tired, the bath towels thin and the coffee blah. Furthermore, it is not a place a lot of families would feel safe given the entrance to some of the rooms is from the exterior of the hotel. Granted it was a busy weekend in Milwaukee, but this place was expensive given the quality of the room ($180 for Saturday night). I left the room at 11:00 AM on Saturday for breakfast with family. I spent the day with them and returned to the hotel around 8:30 to find the room not changed. I called the front desk and was told that when they checked at 1:00 PM my "do not disturb" sign was out. It DEFINITELY was not. Frankly, although told the contrary, I felt I was not believed. At least they brought me fresh towels (thin as they are). The location was fine. Close to a Perkins and not too far from a Starbucks.
