The person who checked us seemed exhausted and overwhelmed by the volume of people checking in. Yes, it was festival weekend, but I expected for the price we paid that this was going to be a special experience. She was not as helpful or friendly as I would have expected. We waited almost 25 minutes in line to check in...

Thank you for your review. There are a few suites that require stairs to access. Three of the four lodging buildings were built on the bluff, and have multiple levels. It is helpful to know the layout of the property. For anyone with mobility issues or simply wanting easy access - it is a good thing to be aware of...

My daughter and i stayed in a suite at the Landmark the week before she left for Air Force Basic Military Training. Everything was great. Comfortable furnishings. Everything we needed. Was nice that the pool and hot tub were open 24/7. Location is ideal in Egg Harbor. I will stay here again.

Thanks for the review. Many guests appreciated the fact that the indoor pool is open 24/7. That seems to be pretty rare. After 10pm is quiet time, and we ask that the pool be reserved for adults only. Just part of the relaxation experience.

I think this resort is fine/average. I don't have any issues with the resort, but I didn't find it overly wonderful either. Everything was well kept, I'd just personally prefer a place with water views.

The Landmark Resort has more water view suites than any other resort in the county. We also have three large lobbies (two floors each) that overlook the sparkling waters of the Bay of Green Bay. Each of the three lodging buildings (on the bluff) have large decks on the water side - to take in the water view. Two of...

When you come here make sure you get a room facing the lake it is beautiful. It is located in a rustic woods the rooms are small with kitchenettes tiny bathrooms and very dated. The indoor pool is small. The nearby restaurant is a dive. Go into town if you want a meal. They are investing four million next year...

The Landmark Resort is a mid-price lodging option. The resort is a AAA three-diamond rated property. The resort has also achieved Gold Crown scores with the RCI program. As you can see from TripAdvisor, YELP, Google, and other reviews ... the reviews and opinions are varied. The view overlooks the Bay of Green Bay, and the property is 40 acres....

We have stayed at the Landmark many times over the years and had lovely stays...good location, easy to navigate Door County, nice wooded surroundings and rooms, lake views. This time was a lake view but on the "basement floor"...didn't realize at check-in with room number. Although we used an elevator with our belongings, we still needed to use a few...

Thank you for your review. I do apologize for a musty smell and cleaning issues; those simply should not happen. I will bring this to our Housekeeping Dept to be addressed. Regarding stairs and floors ... there is no easy way to explain the resort. There are four separate lodging buildings. Three of them were built into the bluff. On...

This was our first stay at Landmark. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Pool was clean as well as the entire resort. Our room was on the 3rd floor and overlooked the bay. Beautiful view of the bay and golf course. The rooms are a little dated, but they planning updates in 2017. Would stay...

The resort is located on 40 wooded acres, and many guests love the view overlooking the Bay of Green Bat. A delightful spot to watch the sun set. Third floor suites will consistently give you the best views. Thank you for your stay and your review. We look forward to welcoming you back soon.

Thank you for your review. The resort has wonderful water views, and yet they are different from three different building and the different floors. Likewise, there are elevators in every building, but some suites are easier to access than others. If you have a handicap person, elderly person or lots of baggage (small children, wedding gifts and dresses, etc), I...

Thank you for your review. We appreciate the kind words and repeat business. The central location is a real positive. Many guests enjoy the fact that we have four golf courses within five miles, that there are five wineries within 10 miles, and a plethora of outdoor activities and recreational possibilities.

Had a great 3 night stay over the weekend. The weather was way nicer than the Texas summer heat. There are signs in each of the lobbies depicting the renovation that will take place over the winter. There are renovated locker rooms adjacent to the indoor pool in the Charthouse building.

You mentioned the renovations to come. We are excited to announce this major renovation project, and even more excited when our guests will experience the updated suites personally. The 300 miles of shoreline throughout the county often provides moderate temperatures in the area.

We paid a premium price for lakeside view only to have people yammering at the pool every night till 4 a.m. I needed a vacation from this vacation! Their $40 million renovation that is on deck cannot come too soon. The rooms were very dated for the prices charged. I would stay farther up the mitt!

The view is of the Bay of Green Bay - on the west side on the peninsula. Depending on the room type, you may pay $10 - $60 per night more for a water view vs a wood view. The outdoor pools close at sunset. The indoor pool is open 24/7, but there are no lodging units within close proximity....
