I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Little Sweden. One of the best resorts I've ever stayed at. Felt so homey with it's wood-burning fireplace and plenty of wood. A garage is a nice feature especially in the winter. Loved the layout even though it was...More

So comfortable! Unit 800 was perfect! Check-in (and out) was super easy and quick, and the "Welcome Happy Hour" on Friday was much appreciated after a five-hour drive. Enjoyed the fireplace on a cool October evening (wood is provided). Well-stocked with everything. Great place!!More

There are many things to do right at Little Sweden - we have 2 recreation centers - each has an indoor pool and whirlpool as well as a workout/exercise room. Each pool also has pool basketball. We have tennis, basketball and shuffleboard courts, as well as a soccer field. We also have a putting green and a PGA recognized, par 3 executive 9-hole golf course. We have extensive walking trails. Each week, we have a list of other activities to take part in at Little Sweden and throughout Door County. We have 4 one bedroom units that have their own private entrances; the private entrances face the parking lot. However, the units have a large picture window in the living room that faces our golf course, pond and many beautiful trees on the property. The rest of the one bedroom units are accessed from inside of our main Village building and they face the golf course, pond, etc. Those units have patio doors where you can go out onto a large back patio. I don't think that we will have snow at that time yet but if we do, we also have snow shoes and ice skates! All equipment for the different sporting options, including clubs for our golf course are here, so you don't need to bring anything with you. We also several bicycles at three different locations throughout our property if you want to go bike-riding. We also have a concierge service that will help you to find and plan activities in Door County that are of specific interest to you. As you can see, there is a lot to do!

Yes, there is wifi reception in your units and throughout the property, including in both recreation centers and the main village building where there is also a business center for your convenience. Regarding the person who posted a response stating that "it depends on who your cell phone carrier is" - AT&T does not have the cell tower locations as most other carriers do; therefore, anyone who uses AT&T for their cell service may experience some issues with that service - that is the case throughout Door County and not specific to Little Sweden.
We wanted to correct the response that was posted, "sorry but there are none." That guest was incorrect DVD players and new flat screen TV's in the living room have been added!
