We were lucky enough to get a site in this camp ground on a weekday so had our choice - but can imagine how quickly they are snapped up during the busy Door County summer or weekends. The campground is a nice size with wide sites and not a lot of permanent campers that crowd so many campgrounds. They landscaping...

There was no vacant campsite for our pop up camper in the Peninsula State Park, so this was our second choice and thankfully they had a spot for our 8 day stay. This is a smaller campground and is friendlier as the big campground inside the state park. We enjoyed our stay here.

We arrived on Sunday for a week stay and staff is very friendly. garbage pick up daily and pet friendly. While here we've had several rain showers but didn't dampen our fun. Very helpful staff and clean bathrooms the time I've used them. Offer portable dump service which is a plus factor.

Quiet. Family friendly. Large private RV sites. Small store and things are reasonable. Clean. Very friendly hosts. Good water pressure. No sites have sewer but there is a dump station. Only problem was electrical. On our site, the electrical would drop into the "red" zone if you turned on A/C. So went the night without it. Did not want to...

Stayed one night when in area. We just had basic electric. Site had trees and shrubs two sides. Room between campsites. Older campground but clean and quiet. Price was good. Restrooms clean. Wifi good. Very quiet at night. Basic campground. No pool or other ammites. Staff friendly. Good campground if no ammites needed.

I was a little apprehensive because there were not many reviews for this property and it didn't seem to offer as much as other campgrounds. I was worried for nothing. When we arrived the owners were out working on the campground, but arrived within a minute of us using their handset to radio them. They were very friendly as they...

Very basic campground but close to Fish Creek and Peninsula State Park. Shower was cold and restrooms are closed between 11and 1pm for cleaning. Which was a little inconvenient after we returned from cycling to Gills Rock. Bring your own grill/ grid for the fireplace to barbeque.

This was our first trip to Door County. Tried to book last minute campground at Peninsula State Park. Lucky for us they were sold out months in advance. We were graciously accommodated with our 34 ft motorhome at Fish Creek Campground. Easy to find just outside the town of Fish Creek and the entrance to Peninsula State Park. Check in...

Owner made exact accommodations I was asking for. No reservations necessary. Since there was a local fishing tournament, most of the spaces were taken up by campers and boats, the owner had no problem fitting my tent. Great hospitality, and quiet at night.

We stayed here for 8 days. Our campsite was clean, graveled, and level. The bath/shower house was kept very clean. Staff were very responsive to our needs. After reading the earlier reviews, we conclude that new management is a big improvement. The location is excellent. It is next door to Fish Creek and one can take County Road F to...
