I actually stayed in an accessible room. Larger room and bathroom. Seat in the shower with hand-held or overhead shower. Shower has a curtain. And yes, you do need a key card to access the floors above a certain floor... More
I actually stayed in an accessible room. Larger room and bathroom. Seat in the shower with hand-held or overhead shower. Shower has a curtain. And yes, you do need a key card to access the floors above a certain floor level. We were on he 21st floor and needed a key card.

Should availability prohibit us from being able to get you into your room early, our Bell Staff will happily check your baggage, and our Front Desk team will pre-check you in! After this, we will be more than happy to text you once your room becomes available!
Another suggestion would be to call either the night before your arrival or the morning of. This will give you a better picture of if and when early arrival will be possible!
