Check in a little longer than usual, needs a bigger parking lot, interior seems a bit outdated, funky musty smell in non smoking room even though is was cleaned out for us. Overall if your not picky it a good place to stay.

First, the staff here is truly the most accommodating, polite, and helpful. The room was very clean and quiet. They have a mini breakfast buffet to go along with the usual quick start breakfast. Very nice surprise. Everything was hot and fresh. I had a...More

Stayed at this hotel for two nights. Unfortunately I couldn’t change hotels for the second night. Beds are dirty and stained. Had to move rooms because of smell and filthy bedding. I think food got me sick too. One bathroom had no sink so I...More
The hotel is on the fringe of the inner city, still in downtown area though. They offer a shuttle every 30 minutes that takes you anywhere within 2 miles, which is a very nice perk. During our stay, we showed up 2 minutes before the...More
We were at this location last year, and the only issue we had was with the number of transient panhandlers in the roadway behind the hotel. Being downtown this wasnt a huge problem. This year we witnessed a loud drug deal discussion happening right in...More

Yes, this is the same Days Inn. Several of the decorations and fixtures in our room looked recent or new, but in the case of lighting over the beds, there were no bulbs, so they looked nice, but were inoperative. I'm not sure what the problem was with the shower water control, but it was very fussy, hard to manipulate, made squeaky noises when adjusted, and did not allow much water flow or temperature control. The equipment looked new, but it was not installed properly. The sink faucet in the bathroom was also new, and worked well. Sounds like the workmanship in your room was much better, but it wasn't in ours.
