I fell in love with The Plaza Hotel the moment I walked in, the decor was charming and the staff super friendly. Our room was very comfortable and the full kitchen was a hug bonus. I absolutely love this place. Stay there whenever we are in town for concerts and look forward to our stay next month!

We stayed for four nights for a family wedding. Our two bed/two bath queen suite was PERFECT! The hotel is amazingly charming with its art deco decor and our suite had every possible accommodation. It was also the cleanest hotel I have ever been in. It felt like home, only better. The location is excellent - two blocks from the...

Great hotel with wonderful staff. This is the difference with some of the other downtown hotels. It is an older hotel with the charm remaining. It is clean and a benefit is the rooms include an entire small kitchen.

I've stayed at the Plaza on numerous occasions and highly recommend it. It's an old hotel, but scrupulously clean and comfortable, with that charm that comes from living in the past. The rooms include a kitchenette. The restaurant is delicious -- well worth going to even if I didn't stay there. The staff is extremely helpful and professional. The location...

The Plaza is a wonderful hotel stay! You are located perfectly for family and city travel. The rooms are full service and very clean. The walls are well insulated for sound and weather. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Plaza Hotel! Thank you, Mary and Tom Keller

My husband and I have eaten at the Cafe at the Plaza numerous times. The food is great and the old european feel of the Hotel is very inviting. We booked a room for New Years eve and were pleasantly surprised

Great value for this charming, unique property near the lakefront. Very clean and staff was super nice. The only 3 minor complaints. The soap provided was the size of a communion wafer, there was some bleach stains on the carpet and the room was quite warm the first night. I turned the radiator completely off but it did not help....

Stay was ok wasn't expecting a 10 dollar parking fee. Bed was small than expected, didn't sleep very good not very comfortable. Bathrooms could use some work, I could see in the wall by the shower head and the toilet is tiny.

I expected a bit fancier, but the place is clean, tastefully decorated, filled with friendly staff, and reasonably priced. The full kitchen was a pleasant surprise! We received a "free" night's stay when winning a package at a silent auction benefitting a non-profit, so I didn't really know what to expect. I certainly would return in the future! Very nice!
