Property is well maintained and while yes there are some sites with no shade, many do. And yes there are many full time permanent sites, they all...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Deer Trail Park Campground in Nekoosa, Wisconsin is a family campground. The park has wooded and open and grassy sites. There is 50 & 30 AMP electricity. We have brand-new cabins, new pool with frog slide and basketball hoop. There is a playground with a skytower that the children enjoy all day. The park has seasonal sites, pull-through sites and is big rig friendly. We are one hour north of Wisconsin Dells and one hour south of Wausua. A good location right in the middle of the state for family reunions. Check us out and you will keep coming back. ... more   less
