The location of this Premier Inn is ideal for indulging in some retail therapy at Cribbs Causeway, but the hotel itself is in a quiet area and tucked away from the road noise and bustle of The Mall and retail parks. There is a very spacious, free car park. Check-in was easy and the manger from Gloucester gave us a friendly welcome on arrival. There was hand sanitiser on every table in the public areas and staff and gusts wore face coverings. Top marks for hygiene! Our Premier Plus room was really lovely and spotlessly clean. The bathroom had a good shower and hot water was plentiful. The mini fridge and coffee machine in the room was a nice touch. Wi-fi was free and with good reception.. The restaurant was really nice and we had a relaxing meal in the evening (a big contrast to the rough and tumble of the Redwood next door). The bed was comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. We did have a problem in getting the air con to the correct temperature but this was quickly rectified by a friendly member of staff. We would stay here again and would recommend to others!

Hotel's Favourite
Lovely hotel! Modern, bright, clean and tidy! Loads of parking and a 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants and cinema/ bowling alley. We booked a Premier plus room to see how much different it was to a regular room. Was about £45 more for us. We were not blown away, thought it would be bigger with the way it was described when booking. Decorated slightly differently with some added touches, but an improvement nevertheless. It was great having a mini fridge and coffee machine in the room which we made use of. The rainfall shower and bath room was lovely, super clean and have no complaints. The only downside... as advertised the free ultimate WiFi you get with premier plus, supposedly 8x time faster was awful. I feel sorry for the people who pay extra for this service. Wanted to watch the football highlights on my phone using the WiFi but when it did load, I could only watch on 480p at best video quality for it to work. The extra you pay is for the fridge, coffee machine and walk-in shower mainly so if you are not bothered by these, book a standard room. But it was definitely handy having a fridge to keep bottles of water cold ready for bed (with 2 complimentary bottles) and the shower was great! As long as it's not massively more money we would book a plus room again. The staff we delt with were all lovely. Asked for some new towels and they were delivered to our door within a few minutes. Didn't use the restaurant or bar area as you had so much choice locally. Parking was free for our visit which was a nice bonus! Overall do not hesitate to book this hotel! Probably the best we've stayed in for cleanliness and comfort.

The location of the hotel is great as its close to the mall, businesses and the M5. The hotel is new and so the room was very clean and comfortable with nice new bed and sparkling bathroom. I would certainly stay in this hotel again.

Property was lovley some staff were ok at dinner we order two lots of food and only one came staff had forgotten so had to re order it again the first night we tried to go to sleep at around 10:45pm and we couldn’t as there was extremely loud bangs from the room about that had been going on for over 30mins i rang reception and explained I have a baby and the noise is unbearable they said there’s nothing i can do so wasn’t happy anyway at breakfast was told to ask if I wanted poached eggs so I asked the chef infronf of staff and chef complained that it takes ages and they tried day before and didn’t work so I said to my partner they shouldn’t serve or advertise poached eggs if they carnt do them Other than all that above everything else was ok

I’ve been staying here often now and it has been very lovely and clean. The staff are all so welcoming and and cater to your needs. Mandy is amazing, she always makes my morning with her conversations and cheerfulness but I have noticed that reception and bar staff don’t like to help in the restaurant and just leave it down to one person which leaves tables waiting over 30 minutes just for a drink and they hardly ever have anything on the menu.
