We arrived after dark on our motorcycles and set up our tent. The campground is really lovely with tent camping in soft green grass. We only stayed one night, but I didn't see another soul the whole time. The campground is full of campers but nobody came out of their campers. Nobody had a fire and I didn't see another...

What a great campground. Our 42' RV fit perfect on the riverbank at this campground. Friendly, peaceful and easily accessible. The fees are reasonable $30 per night. A few too many geese and goose poop - but nice to have the wildlife. You can canoe, mini and disc gulf, and fish. We had a lovely visit with family and building...

We have been driving past this campground in Oconto WI for years on our way up to Upper Michigan. We always thought it was quite idyllic with sites right up close to the Oconto River and large shade trees overhanging the campfires. We finally got the chance to stay one night at our picturesque campground. Let's just say it looks...

I'm very disappointed in this place. They advertise themselves as "authentic camping" but they're the farthest thing from it. With a direct view of McDonald's/Gas-Station & a few sporadic trees, the privacy of this campsite is nonexistent. We were there on a Saturday night & the entire campsite was silent and felt eery how inactive all the "campers" were. So,...

My son, best friend and I made our way to the quaint town/city of Oconto for a nice 4 day weekend camping trip. The campground was in a nice location if you don't mind being in the middle of a town/city. The river was beautiful but would have been more beautiful if we weren't crammed in like sardines. What can...

This is great location circled by water for tubing, kayaking, swimming and canoes. Most sites that offer shade are filled by monthly summer residents and the others are reserved on weekends but available usually during week. All sites are big rv friendly but you must share an electric post. One person gets 50amp and the other gets 30amp. Both sites...

Friendly staff, convenient location. Pull through RV site for 40 ft. motorhome and tow vehicle with easy access. Water & Electric. Great for a one night stopover on our way to Madison, WI. Grassy area. Campground is situated next to a river, with grass and trees. Satellite reception was good.

We only visited once and that was plenty for us. The campground was not busy when we went in fall. The sites were situated a bit oddly but spacious. The kids enjoyed being right on the river and the scenery was beautiful. The train horns blared twice nightly, once around 11:00 and again around 5:00. It was so loud I...

Campground nice. On a river in town. Freight trains have a attitude due to the mayors attempt to get them not to use horns during sleep hours. The engineers delight in blowing there extra loud horns excessively. The bath rooms are clean....but...to shower one must bring quarters to pay for use ? Crazy ! Staff friendly. McDonalds very near...Waynes restaurant...
