Bad experience right from the start. They lost our reservation. (They said they had a fire.) Wanted to charge us an extra forty dollars a night until I produced proof that we had a confirmed reservation. Had no maid service. Was an overflowed garbage can outside our window for two days. No furniture around the pool. Disgusting!

Dirty. Beer cans under bed. Hot water didn't work in the morning. Water unsafe (high nitrate levels) for infants under 6 months. Pool needed to be cleaned. "Hot tub" about 80 degrees. There was a quinceanera at the "convention center" next door. Plates, food, cans, napkins were still not picked up at 10 am the next day. Just wanted to... More

After one night we had to leave due to the mold. I received a receipt showing when we arrived and our departure date and I am glad I kept it. They charged me for two nights and it only took four months for the refund to show up on my credit card. The staff assured me several times that they... More

We had taken the trip for my little girls birthday and I ended up apologizing to her for the horrible state of the place we were stuck staying. The first room offered looked like someone had stayed in in it and the beds were just pulled back together and the soap taken out of the sink without washing the sink.... More

Was here for a dart tournament and thankfully I did not have to stay overnight. Place was just all out dirty. During the tournament in the convention center, there was no staff to clean up the tables and trash. There was a broken beer bottle by the bar that stayed there for about 8 hours while the bartender stood behind... More

I'm from Texas and was in WI for work. I figured this place would be good for the time I was planning on staying. Thit hotel is so bad it's not even funny. Upon arrival we had dog hairs all over our room & bed. I bought my own sheets & within the week realized our room was infested with... More

Started out bad, supposed to have the whirlpool suite, upon check someone else was in our room, they gave us a Queen bed instead at a discounted rate which we found out was not a discount at all. AC\Heat unit did not work in first room, so we had to move us to another room. Rooms looked like the rooms... More

The Elizabeth Inn was a great deal for me. The décor is dated, but the new owner is making updates and improvements and is off to a good start. While the hallways are in need of new carpeting, the room itself was clean and quiet. The bathroom was clean and modern. I did not use the pool or whirlpool while... More

The room had a bad sour smell to it, like an old dish rag. The carpeting was filthy and nasty to walk on in your bare feet. There was mold on shower curtain. The continental breakfast was a joke. The only positive I have to say is that the toilet flushed properly.
