Clean room, friendly/professional staff affordable rates, the pool was verly saturated with chlorine to the point it was lingering in our nostrils hours after getting out. We are happy they are taking safety serious. The breakfast was minimal but a good variety, absolutely worth the short weekend stay. We'll definitely return!

First, I want to say that for families with young kids, this is a great hotel. Pool, free breakfast, adjoining rooms. Also, the hotel staff is very accommodating and friendly. The room was large and overall clean, if not a little worn. The wall paper in the bathroom is beginning to lift/peel near the floor. The air vent in the bathroom was dusty. There was a whirlpool in the bedroom, which I didn't know about until I arrived. I thought about using it, but then noticed it was as clean as I would expect. So, I did not use it. The furniture in the sitting area is very worn and could use cleaning or reupholstering. I chose not to sit on the couch or the chair. The sleeping area was very clean. Plenty of power plugs for my phone charger and computer. Now, for the noise factor. I was on the bottom floor in one half of adjoining rooms. As there were many families checking in - probably for skiing the next day - I should have guessed I would have issues. The first problem with noise was the pounding from the room directly above me. Did someone bring elephants? Back, and forth, back, and forth. Pound, pound, pound. If I had a broom, I would have pounded on the ceiling. I went to the front desk. He said he would call, which I'm sure he did, but the noise did not stop. However, it was gone by the time I came back from dinner at about 10. Also, was the party going on in the adjoining room when I came back at 10. At about 10:45 it was still going strong; the curfew for noise is 10:30. I went down to the front desk. As I was entering my room, I heard the phone ring, someone saying "ok". The noise died a bit, but then went back up. I don't think they dispersed until around midnight. Night manager said there were no good rooms left - one next to the pool with a chlorine smell and one with no heat. I was only staying for 1 night, so chose to tough this one out. As for the grounds, the trash cans were full on the outside of the hotel. Not a great sign. I would NOT stay at this hotel again.

Room Tip: Choose top floor if you want some peace. Choose bottom floor if you have kids.

His hotel was a huge disappointment. Close friends recommended that we stay here during our visit to Cascade Mountain. Check in was easy, no problems. Staff was nice. Got to our room which was not clean, specifically the bathroom, which still had a dirty washcloth hanging off the shower railing. Toilet was dirty as well. Staff was kind and apologetic. Took us to an upgraded room. Which was unclean as well. Dirt on the floor, sticky residue on the table, and stains on the sheets. We then proceed to a third room. Dirty bathroom, sink area dirty and toilet. The manager brought cleaning supplies and took cate of it. I have never had such an experience at any hotel. I’m not one to write a negative review, but this experience was overwhelming terrible. If it wasn’t the kindness of the staff and his willingness to try to make it right, we plus have left after the second dirty room.

Clean and friendly hotel. Near Wisconsin Dells but less costly (I used points). Passing through. I will definitely book here again. Close to the interstate so easy to find. During COVID the breakfast was a sack with an egg and sausage croissant and an apple, nuke sandwich a few seconds. Coffee still in room and lobby.
