We stayed here for 2 nights over the first weekend in September whilst visiting the Moto GP at Silverstone as a 50th birthday treat for my husband. We received a very warm welcome, the room was clean and comfortable having everything that you needed, with a fantastic en suite shower room. The breakfasts were AMAZING! I had to ask for...

Having stayed here for two nights over the BTCC weekend at Silverstone, we will definitely be returning again. The Noy family's twins met us at the door and ensured our arrival and signing in passed with no issues, showing us to our lovely clean double bedroom with very nice en suite. Having eaten across the road at the Bartholomew Arms...

We stayed with the Noy family for 2 nights and the end of our stay we felt like we had known them for years. Great place to stay, amazing breakfasts, opposite the local village pub that serve decent evening meals, 10 mins from Silverstone Race Circuit, what more do you need.

I have been staying at Kendal House for the last 4 weeks Mon-Fri whilst working locally. From day 1 I was made to feel very welcome by all members of the family and have enjoyed the comforts of staying in a very homely bed and breakfast. Karyn, Ian and their children have been fantastic hosts and I would not hesitate...

We stayed here to attend a friends wedding. Very clean, comfortable, friendly and reasonably priced. Can not fault it. We booked from overseas and Karyn was so helpful to make things as easy as possible. Breakfast was locally sourced and freshly cooked. Will defiantly stay again.

We have just returned from a friends wedding where we stayed at Kendal House for one night. Given that some of the reviews on here are not very complimentary, I am happy to put the record straight. Kendal house is lovely, clean and the owners and their family make the stay even better. Upon arrival we were brought a welcoming...

I have just returned from staying here for 3 nights over the Silverstone weekend and I cannot speak highly enough of Kendal House. If you are looking for somewhere comfortable, homely and most importantly for F1 fans convenient to the track then this is the place. The staff could not have done anything more to help us, pre booked tables...

Kendal House is an 18th century coaching inn, now converted into a large family home. Set over three floors, this beautifully restored building retains many original features whilst offering accommodation of the highest standard. We have 4 charming en-suite rooms available to guests. Rumour has it that both Winston Churchill and the Queen Mother have visited the property during the village's busier times. But these days our guests tend to choose us so that they can combine a visit to Silverstone racetrack with a relaxing stay in our peaceful village (only 10 minutes drive from the track). ... more   less
