I reserved rooms with you for my wedding and am embarrassed I recommended for my friends and family to stay here. I went to check in to my room at 4:45. The patio was covered with so many bugs that you couldn't see the floor. There were bugs in the room crawling on the ceiling and the door to the...

First moments of checking into our rooms, the attended Wendy did not smile once nor did she welcome us to the resort. The facility is completely out dated. Our rooms smelt musty and we had to leave our balcony door open to air out the smell. Beds are extremely uncomfortable and they only provide you with a thin blanket and...

Spacious 3 room suite. Beautiful balcony view of the golf course and valley. Now remember this is conjunction with the House on the Rock so was not the most modern looking room, but we loved it. Was very clean and comfortable. The only breakfast option to purchase was a breakfast sandwhich.

Clean and pleasant this is the only place to really stay, other than a drive up motel, is you are going to American Players Theater. The rooms have beautiful view of the golf course and hills, and the staff is nice. The whole place, however, needs an upgrade. Nothing bad about the place, just dated.

This was our 3rd time staying at this resort. We enjoy the golf course and the staff with the golf and restaurants there. Enjoyed the spa personnel also, had a facial. After we had left, we had called two days after to tell them we had left some electronics behind and told them where they were. Never received a call...

King Suite was nice...more than I expected. They did not advertise a kitchenette or we would have taken advantage of that. It was not stocked though (no cook ware, glasses, plates, flatware etc.) I was there in "off season" in the middle of the week. That was intentional to have the place mostly to ourselves. So, some services were closed...

I think this is a nice hotel and golf resort, despite some other negative reviews. The is both an indoor pool and outdoor pool. We used the indoor pool, and on a Monday, we had it to ourselves. There is a large, 4ft rectangular pool, a shallow 2-3 ft kidney bean pool, and a large hot tub/spa pool. Plenty of...

The rooms are fine, the view is great. The breakfast buffet on weekends can be skipped. I left a personal item there in a specific drawer in the room. I called within four hours of leaving to have someone check for it. I was promised a call back. It did not come. I called again later in the day and...

The property was extremely outdated. My wife and I came to celebrate our 15th anniversary, something that I mentioned when I booked the hotel, but the staff never asked and they never mentioned it. We booked the "Romance Package" which included vouchers for the restaurant, a bottle of champagne and massages. We were told it was recommended to make a...

The hotel was deserted, slight musty smell. Restaurant closed expect for the pro-shop bar and grill. So we drove into Spring Green for dinner. The rooms were dated but clean. Each room does have a patio and a separate sleeping space. The golf course is beautiful. However greens were very fast and bunkers like cement. No bev cart service. We...
