My partner and I visited in July for a little R&R and to check out Door County. Each room, each cabin, is unique, and we stayed in the Loft in the main house, with a nice porch for breakfast and good view of the grounds. Rooms are immaculate. Breakfast is delicious, delivered to your door. The pool is warm, and...

We stayed in the Loft. My wife loved it, and I liked it. It's very clean and has a nice two-person jacuzzi. There's a nice deck where you can check out the entire property while eating one of their delicious breakfasts. I'd say the breakfasts were the highlight- we were there 3 days and each day they had an excellent...

My wife and I just spent 3 nights in the Stable Suite for our babymoon. The place is idyllic. Darrin and Bryon have create a gorgeous Garden of Eden in Door County. We took several long walks on the grounds just to soak it all in. The suite itself was amazing. It had a large sitting area, a two-person walk...

This was our 5th time staying at Chanticleer, and we always thoroughly enjoy it. The attention to detail is impressive, and we enjoy the country setting. If weather permits, take a walk on the trail that goes back through the meadow and into the woods. Very serene. And if it’s chilly, just light up the fireplace for some warm charm....

My husband and I received a gift certificate to this establishment. Little did we know just how great it was. Beautiful, quiet, and serine. Two days was not enough. We stayed in one of the cabins that was like home. Decorated very tastefully and immaculate. The grounds are just beautiful. Darin and Bryon are great inn keepers very warm and...

My husband and I stayed May 4-5, 2013, at the Chanticleer. I booked the reservation as a suprise gift for my husband's birthday. It was a wonderful stay as per usual! When I first booked the room, I accidentally reserved Saturday and Sunday instead of Friday and Saturday online. I sent an email and Darrin quickly replied and switched the...

This was our fourth time to the chanticleer and it was once again amazing. We stay in the cabins every time and they are exactly what we need. Beautiful, private, peaceful, relaxing, romantic, perfect! Normally we explore the peninsula on our trips, but this time we barely left our cabin. Between the beautiful views, the warm glow of the fireplace...

Back in February of 1995, my partner and I booked a weekend at The Chanticleer to celebrate his birthday. We stayed in 1 of the 4 beautifully appointed rooms of the B&B. Our experience was fantastic. Everything from the cleanliness, to the breakfasts, to the hospitality of the hosts, (Darrin & Bryon), was fantastic. We had the opportunity to go...

We stayed at the Tamarack Cabin for 3 days-2 nights and everything was perfect. Darrin and Bryon were great hosts and even went the extra step of getting a lovely birthday cake and bottle of wine so I could surprise my husband when we arrived. We absolutely loved our time there. Many thanks to our wonderful hosts!

We were looking for a cozy and quiet two night get-away and we cetainly found it. The room was very cozy and having a whirlpool tub to relax in on a chilly off-season night was a welcomed change of pace. Chanticleer has very easy access to downtown Sturgeon Bay, just a couple of minutes away, and although it is at...
