This hotel has the absolute best staff. Very kind and helpful. They truly enjoyed helping when we needed them. We always request our group of 6 families are put into rooms close to each other. Most hotels can't promise but this one was happy to put us all together in the same hallway. Our stay was exceptional from that point...

We are loyal Hampton users and found this hotel not up to Hampton standards. The pool dirt ring on the tiles was off putting. Everyone try very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The property is clean, easy to get to from Hwy 45 and directly across from West Bend Insurance. This property is very popular with road warriors, so make reservations early. The front desk with help you with places to eat, where the locals hang out.

Helpful staff...we drove 16 hours to beat a snowstorm, and they let us check in early, then gave us tips on how to stay comfy during the sub-zero temps. Coffee and hot chocolate was always available. Every staff member was very accommodating. A home away from home!

I was greeted by Evelyn who is very sweet. I was surprised that I notice how dirty the hallway carpet is, & the dirty elevators. I could blame it on the snow. Meets the bar. Sets the standard for the area. Monstrous king suite is fabulous. Way too big, can't find myself experience. Can't think of a Better choice in the area. Good service, great rooms, nice town.

We love this hotel and have stayed numerous times over the last seven years. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. The have a wonderful great room with a fireplace for breakfast along with many choices to choose from including hot items.

We stayed as a team for a hockey tournament. Rooms were very clean and the staff was great. Perfect size pool for the kids and the hot breakfast each morning was fantastic. Many great options. Close to stores if you forget something as well or want to do some shopping.

Great hotel to stay at! The breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. We were welcomed by the staff with a smile and our rooms were cleaned everyday and restocked with fresh linens, soap, and shampoo.

We came up to my brothers for Thanksgiving and some shopping. We were greeted by a very friendly check in staff.. A++++ room., great beds. We used the pool- granddaughters eurs became very sore and reddened after her swim- sore.
