About 15 colleques of mine came from around the state to hold a one day meeting. We were the only guests and we were treated wonderfully. The owner and staff took fantastic care of us and was fed us amazing, home cooked, out of this world meals. When we all arrived it was a typical fall day. A severe winter...

This place was really great! It was a terribly rainy day so we couldn't do the horseback riding or wagon rids but they accommodated us so nicely and did a horse whispering talk and showed how the team horses get harnessed up. They served a great hot lunch and lovely dinner and even had a fiddler come to entertain us....

Extremely rude and arrogant staff. Guests are herded and treated like cattle. I had arranged a horse riding trip which my son and I were looking forward to. Both of us are very experienced riders and have done many trail rides throughout the US in the Carribbean and South America. When I arrived Kirsten told me my son was going...

We stopped here on a tour and had a wonderful time. It is definitely out in the middle of nowhere, providing the peace and serenity of this oasis. We first had a wonderful buffet lunch for our large group and each food item was well cooked and delicious. After poor food and service for three days in Yellowstone, this was...

Thank you so much for your kind words, we truly appreciate it. We especially appreciate your comments regarding the kids corral. We want kids to walk away with an a positive experience with horses, not the negative experiences from which a majority of our adult riders are recovering. We work hard to make that fun and entertaining for them and...

The T A Ranch may have been the site of disturbance more than 100 years ago in the Johnson county cattlemen wars but now it is a place of peace and charm. Proprietors Barbara and Earl with their daughter Kristen and grandson Cody along with other cheerful staff were just super terrific in making was feel right at home and...

We had a great experience here. We stayed here on our way from Boulder to Yellowstone. The drive to this ranch was so serene that my feelings exceeded my vocabulary. We were greeted by the owner's family and the dinner was excellent. The dinner was beyond our expectations and was as good as the best gourmet restaurants in Boulder. The...

We did not stay just ate. Due to a little rain we could not do some of the activities but some were a little crude. Seating to watch the horse whisperer was bad. Food menu could be scaled back to just real good ranch food. Forget the gourmet stuff. You seem to be trying too hard, Service was a little...

Stayed here for a couple of nights during our tour of the West. The ranch accommodation is simple, but hosts and owners Barbara and Earl gave us a warm welcome, and made sure we were very comfortable, and took the time to explain the considerable history of the ranch, and it's part in the range wars. In 60's, we have...

Our 4-night stay was not nearly long enough! We arrived on a Sunday evening, where the owners showed us around the ranch house, the cabin we stayed in which has a shared living area with kitchenette and refrigerator. Barbara shared some history with us before serving us dinner in the cookhouse, a comfortable dining area with outdoor seating available. Phil...

Great food, friendly staff and very helpful and fantastic wranglers! Our kids (7, 11, 11) had the time of their life with horseback riding, learning to roping, s'mores by the bonfire, taking care of the the hens and playing with the dogs. We the adults took a breathtaking 3 hour ride on the horse and the view was just amazing,...
