Stayed here during a business trip. The staff provided good service. The rooms were clean but definitely showed it's age. The hotel is located just minutes from the base and conveniently located just off the highway. They do offer military rates.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. A young male employee physically pushed and threatened to fight my 61-year-old father. Let me explain… I was traveling across country with my dad and we chose to stay at Little America – a big mistake. Everything was fine until we went to check out the next morning. When we went to the...

First impressions were misleading as the ‘rubbish’ in the parking lot was the result of refurbishment of rooms. The room was large, clean and well appointed. King size bed was fine and the location of the hotel away from the highway resulted in a good night’s sleep. Ducted air conditioning is great in assisting with sleep quality. The hiccup has been...

Dear Waddles54, Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to comment on your visit. I'm pleased that you enjoyed your stay, and were able to look past our temporary mess from changing out furniture. I'm sorry that there was an issue with the billing of your credit card. Have attended a number of meetings/conferences at this facility, and you are left with the perception that the conference area was designed around the available plumbing. Restrooms are long distances from some of (most of?) the meeting rooms, and you have to memorize a series of labyrinthine corners and hallways to find the central "facility" --even then, they are not...

Stayed night here whilst travelling from Denver to Custer State Park. Readily seen from Interstate as we approached Cheyenne and this debunked reviews that seemed to place this Resort in the middle of nowhere. It close to several restaurants and only a few minutes from downtown Cheyenne. Pulling up to an impressive reception area set the tone for a very...

Had Sunday brunch with the family here on Sunday, food was great, service was superb. Will definitely stop by here again. Though it is off season and pool wasnt open, it is still a really nice place to visit.

This Hotel is isolated and opposite a freight railway terminal, but I didn't experience any noise from it. The rooms are surrounded by Ponderosa Pines which give off a small of cats which ins't very pleasant. There are also some rabbits around the gardens. It was difficult to get the key to work in the lock and the delivery of...

I finally had a chance to stay at Little America after passing it hundreds of times over the years. The room certainly has the look and feel of an older American hotel. Not that this is bad, just different from the standard dark woods used in modern hotels. The staff was all very friendly and the bar served some quality...

My wife and I recently stayed in Cheyenne for a few days on a business/pleasure trip. After trying a few other places for lunch or dinner we finally ate at ``Hathaway's'' @ Little America. We could not have been more pleased with the service, quality of the food, prices and the restaurant's ambiance. After a long day on the road...

Spent 1 night here. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and made the stay enjoyable. The rooms could be just a little hard to find in the dark as they are in 4 different buildings. I do think it could use some upgrading especially in the bathroom.
