Made reservation ahead and had excellent service. Reason for our trip was medical. We were greeted when we arrived with kindness and also checking in was smooth. Our room was cleaned everyday with fresh towels. Even on the one day it snowed, we were give a broom to brush the snow off our truck. The staff was always friendly and...

We recently were in Cody for the funeral of my brother. We as a family needed a place to stay where we could have little worry, that was clean and welcoming. We would highly recommend the Beartooth Inn. The manager on duty was very kind, very friendly and very welcoming. Just what we needed after a terribly long hard week....

Manager Nick could not care less about his customers. He forgot to turn on the heat in my room in sub-zero temps nor did he inform me. I searched in vain for an extra blanket. Had more comfortable nights in unheated cabins, quite frankly. He asked when I wanted to sauna. I told him 8am. At 8:30 the spa was...

We had a large room, very nice and clean. There was a great king size bed, with blackout curtains. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave, and coffee in the room. There was a very good breakfast as well. It was also nice to have an outside door as well as inner hallway door. You could park your...

My wife and I stayed here on our way home from Yellowstone. Calls to other hotels first resulted in rates around $100 night which I considered outrageous since it was off season. This property was a little more than half that after the AAA discount. The manage was very accommodating and made sure our needs were met. Nothing fancy but...

Stayed here for i night as we where visiting the superb Buffalo Bill Museum. The room we had was located in the front section of building overlooking War Veterans memorial park and Highway. Room was spacious, clean and quiet despite being located close to a main road. However, breakfast was basic and probably best to provide your own healthier options.

We stayed in Rm. 113 which had an external door as well as a hallway door which was very convenient. We shared the hotel with 20 elementary kids that we barely heard. Nick is a very good owner/host and we enjoyed a nice breakfast. This is a clean, inexpensive but good quality place to stay convenient to easy on and...

Room 119. The room was very spacious for an inexpensive motel. There are 2 entry doors: one to the parking; one to an interior corridor leading to the front desk, breakfast room and hot tub. The lighting is not well thought out. The walls are thin but fortunately I had quiet neighbours. The bathroom had bits of toilet paper on...

We recently stayed here and have stayed here many times. it is still a nice hotel, but we feel some of the services have slipped, mostly the housekeeping issues. Our room was not cleaned at all one day. I had to empty my own trash! The excuse was that we were in the room too long.(left at 12 noon ) Then...
