We normally are not fans of typical RV parks but really enjoyed the Longhorn. Originally when we got here, we were rethinking staying 6 days in this area and they were willing to let us cancel part of our reservation with no charge (who does...More
When we were making our plans this past winter to visit Yellowstone in August, we were bookended by a timeshare stay in Steamboat Springs with my parents on one end, and open ended on the other. Once we were able to secure accommodations in the...More
Wonderful, clean, rustic room in lodge. Beautifully located on a river and the great little town of Dubois nearby. Friendly staff and simple but adequate breakfast. Perfect spot for camping, too.
Would definitely stay here again!
Cute, clean, quiet with very friendly staff. I absolutely loved this stop on our visit to Wyoming. The room was nicely decorated and there was an rv park out back. They offered trail riding on horses which we did not get to try but it...More

Yes, Longhorn is very pet friendly. I took 5 dogs with me. Many people set up little fenced areas to give their dogs more room to run as they otherwise have to be leashed. They also have a non-covered kennel area you can keep your dog for a small fee. I opted for a boarding kennel in Dubois and it was atrocious! Better to keep them at Longhorn if you are planning a pet-free day in the national parks.
