Our accommodations were lovely, very clean with a super comfy bed. Staff were always helpful with our questions about the area. The Mountains off in the distance were very beautiful. They served a lite breakfast which was just fine with us. Loved the little river...More
Only 2 full days 😂an amazing place! The staff is exceptional and the facilities are the best we have seen. I would highly recommend. It will be closed next month. We stayed on a river front site.,fantastic gentle running river through the facility. The restrooms...More

Beautiful location. Check-in was friendly and efficient. We were in site 42 , riverside, which is at the very front of the park. I would not suggest this site because the pump used to pull water from the river was near this site and disturbed...More

Yes, Longhorn is very pet friendly. I took 5 dogs with me. Many people set up little fenced areas to give their dogs more room to run as they otherwise have to be leashed. They also have a non-covered kennel area you can keep your dog for a small fee. I opted for a boarding kennel in Dubois and it was atrocious! Better to keep them at Longhorn if you are planning a pet-free day in the national parks.
