We booked this room on Hotels.com and thought we might get a hotel or even a motel since that is what Jackson mostly offers. But for $200 a night (with taxes and fees) you would think you would get a nice motel with some amenities such as maid service, a sense of security or at least be treated fairly. The...

We rented a suite in Jackson Pines for two couples. The facilities were modern, clean, new and nicely appointed, and beds were comfortable. For our early September rental, the rooms were hot, with only fans to try to cool them down, which is typical of facilities in mountain resorts. There were also maintenance issues, with the hot tub out of...

Our family of 6 traveled to Jackson, and stayed at this condo. Although, older, the condo was clean, spartan, and large. (Bring your own toiletries - no soap, shampoo for the bathrooms.) We had plenty of room for our family. The hot tub was also very clean.

Jackson Pines is an older property, with all the comforts one needs in the winter. Located a couple blocks from town, made parking a breeze, to get to restaurants, and shopping. Everything worked well, and even the outdoor hot tub was functioning properly. The bathrooms are fine, with regular size tubs, and no frills. The management kept our unit clear...

Our original booking elsewhere was through Booking.com but they had contacted us about a month after making the reservation to say the property was fully booked and would it be o.k. to change the location? I said "yes" as long as it had the same 2 bed/2 bath facilities with a kitchen. They offered Jackson Pines and I confirmed the...

Warning!!! Never, ever stay here in the summer. There is no air conditioning!!!. They have ceiling fans and a couple extra fans. There are no amenities at all. An old hot tub in the back which no one would use because it is 85 degrees out. We had to keep the window open because it was so hot so I...

Jackson Pines met our expectations in every way. It is not the newest or the nicest, but if you are looking for comfortable accommodations this place is perfect. We enjoyed being able to cook in the well equipped kitchen. The furniture is rustic log and comfortable. Because we came to ski, snowmobile and enjoy creation we never turned on the...

We had two weeks booked at the Pines. The first week was in a two bedroom. The unit was spacious and clean. Things went downhill at the beginning of our second week. Our unit for that week was in a one bedroom. We moved into the new unit on Christmas Eve, but refused to stay in the unit. The stench...

This is a below average timeshare condo. It is very clean and well kept, but the furnishings and decor are quite dated. The check in staff was very accommodating and friendly. With a kitchen and refrigerator this would be a great place to help offset the hihg food prices in Jackson.

We were warmly welcomed by Henrietta and checked into a 2 bedroom suite earlier than expected. Beds are very comfortable. Full kitchen. Free parking outside is nice. Wifi us provided but a bit slow. Easy ten minute walk to town centre. Laundry facilities one block away. City bus to Jackson Hole ski resort is 1 block away and one way...
