We snowmobiled The Tetons from Towogatee Lodge for Christmas.Rented our sleds there at the lodge and used a Towogatee Guide Scott. We have rode before there so we know the trails. Using a guide was the best especially Scott. The weather was a challenge lots of blowing snow. So glad we had our guide Scott was the best.I slipped off into a creek Ed 8 foot drift.I felt like I was in an avalanche. Scott had me out and going in minutes. All guides are not created equal. It is worth the drive to the lodge and use a Towogatee quide. These guides live on the property and know the mountains and the day to day conditions. We learned there are many experienced riders who use a guide to show them the best places to play on a day to day basis. We recommend Scott as the perfect guide for female beginners to the experienced who really know how to tear up the powder.Scott will evaluate your level of riding skill and take you places on your own you would never find. He will keep you safe and make this the best snowmobiling experience for a beginner to seasoned rider. So drive to Towogatee Lodge to rent equipment if needed and use a Towogatee guide who lives on the mountain knows ever good spot of powder. Thank you Scott you made our Christmas trip the best. Property's Favourite Review
We are a family of five. We stayed in a cabin without a fireplace. There was adequate space for all of us.--actually room to spare! The front room had a leather couch which we pulled out for the girls to sleep on. They had their own TV. There was a kitchen and dining area. The sleeping area was large, with two beds. The bath was spacious as well. There was nice front porch with a table to enjoy your morning coffee. Togwatee offered a restaurant-which tasted great and was open later than most places in the area. There was also a convenience store where you could purchase limited items and gas. Also, the front desk had a gift shop. You could rent horses onsite as well. One tip--purchase groceries in Jackson or whichever town you are driving through. It is a long way to the store. I would absolutely stay here again!

Aramark sucks and service here has been bad for years but this year is the worst!!! Don’t waste your money here. Staff doesn’t care, gas station isn’t stocked and restaurant is out of everything. Happy hour is a 6 pack of beer, no more appetizers, NO room service at all and again…Staff doesn’t care. As always, guides are great, but the company running this place doesn’t care..save your hard earned money. Go elsewhere…after 21 years of coming here we are DONE!!!!
