Again, I'm new to this RV/Travel trailer thing. Unfortunately, on a recent trip to Yellowstone, our tow vehicle broke down about 25 miles east of Rock Springs, WY. While our vehicle was being towed to the repair shop, our trailer was towed to this KOA for a three night stay. We wanted some place close and didn't do a lot...

This was a convenient stop-over for one night on our way from CO to Grand Tetons. The sites were too close together and the way they have you park at an opposite direction of your neighbor means you share an outdoor seating area which can be awkward. The worst part is they charge extra for kids. Hotels do not charge...

We stopped here while passing through on our way home from Yellowstone. The location is handy- right next to the interstate (a problem if you don't like highway noise but didn't bother us). We chose this campground because they have a pool, which our older kids enjoyed. It gets pretty deep though so we took the littles to the playground...

Not a destination campground - but - they do have a very friendly staff, a heated pool, an attempt at a workout area, and fairly large spaces compared to a lot of places we have been. Best campground ever? Nope. But they are perfectly fine if you are looking for a place to spend the night and moving on......

This was the worst KOA we have ever stayed at, and we are fulltime RVers, so we've camped all over the country. This campground was worse than most run of the mill RV parks. I assume they get away with it because it is the only campground in town. $45 bucks a night for a seriously crappy spot. First, the...

While there was plenty of space to park and the hook ups worked well, the entire lot is bare ground with some gravel on it and it rained and we got quite a bit of mud on us. There are no trees or grass there, so for a family with young children, there were not any places like grass to...

This is one of the worst KOA's there is the grounds are gravel right next to large fuel tanks and very noisy. They pack you in like sardines you get out of your camper and walk right into your neighbors rv.

This site is situated next to four or five massive fuel storage tanks...nestled right beside the very busy i80, and a very busy freight railway line. Didn't' sleep a wink all night because of the constant noise. Just a bare gravel car park. Only went there to see the advertised wild horses......staff say a fence was installed years ago so...

We often stay here on our annual trip to the Denver area. We usually stay at KOA's because you know what to expect--clean campground, friendly staff and, and nice restrooms. We get that here. The fact that there are no trees or grass is a function of the location--a hillside in dry Wyoming with a lot of wind. The wifi...

KOA is our last choice when no place else is available. While this is a nice clean park, and better than most KOA's, it is definitely not an RV Resort and not worth the price. All gravel and noisy. At least the sites are flat, an amenity rarely found at a KOA. I'm sure if you like a nice camping...
