Brian and Holly were very congenial hosts who provided a lot of good advice about the area. They seemed to be more accessible on the weekend than during the week. We enjoyed their big friendly dogs. We slept to the sound of tree frogs singing and were awakened to birdsong in the mornings. The location is a bit difficult to...

The directions to get here are simple enough, however, they can be difficult because the scenery surrounding is incredible! Holly and Brian have put a lot of work into making this be a beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Breakfasts are Holly's special niche, and each morning breakfast was fresh orange juice, amazing coffee, and a variety of mostly locally...

I was very disappointed with Tiki Wa B&B. I had read all these great reviews and so happily booked 3 nights and paid my few hundred dollars. The check in time was 3-7pm, I arrived at 3:15 to find no one was there. I had my 5 year old and had to try and figure out which room we had...

This guesthouse is a great place to stay. It is located in Captain Cook, and is conveniently located close to the coffee plantations along Kona. The owners and their pets are super friendly. Brian and Holly are wonderful people. We felt warmly welcomed, as if staying with old friends. we made mistake of staying longer in Hilo, where it rains a lot. Next time, we would book the whole time with Holly and Brian, who have the perfect personalities for managing a bed and breakfast. They have a beautiful house, tiki bar, and...

“The downstairs rooms have sliding glass doors that open onto the lanai. That was an awesome feature, You can keep the windows open or closed. It got a bit cool up here at night, so, windows closed and I was snuggly warm. I only saw the 2 downstairs rooms which are both very nice.”
