Our family stayed in Cowboys house in late February. The house was beautifully decorated and the beds were super comfortable. Being on this ranch was such a peaceful experience, being from LA where it's so noisy and congested this place was the perfect escape. My daughter had a great time with the farm animals and watching the horse roam around...

We had the great privilege of staying at the Cowboy House at Puakea Ranch this February. The house and entire property were absolutely charming. The sheep would greet us when we came home. The duck waddled behind us when we went to the pool. The sheets were luxurious and the trade winds blew into the room all night long. The...

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful property for three nights at the end of a week long trip to the big island. It is a gorgeous property and we loved the animals! We stayed in the smallest cottage, Jame's Cottage. The design and style of the interior and exterior is absolutely beautiful! I loved the high bed with...

Puakea Ranch is magical. Our family has been four times over the past five years. The property is gorgeous. I'm a photographer, and some of my favorite portraits of my children and wife have been taken at Puakea. The photos are special because of the gorgeous light, the lush backgrounds and the warm smiles that come from being relaxed and...

My wife and I stayed here in December, and I wanted to share our story in case it might be helpful to others looking for a place to stay. We love family-run boutique lodging, and have stayed in this type of place many times (a couple of all-time favorites: Manka's in Inverness California and Acacia Cliffs in Lake Taupo, New...

Good location, great view. Had to stay in the dark from 6 PM or suffocate. The window screen are not efficient, small flies by the cup, need to wash all the dishes in the morning so needed to keep all lights out. Could not read or knit at night. And then tried to eat outside and got my dinner wasted...

I recently booked Puakea Ranch for my wedding and I am really pleased with how our event turned out. It's $$$ but it's worth every cent. You get a quality venue that's unique and beautiful. I think (and hope) our guests enjoyed it as much as we did. Thankfully, the weather worked out and it didn't rain on the big...

We chose Puakea Ranch for our small and intimate wedding ceremony. We stayed in the cowboy house, while our guests occupied the James Cottage and Miles Away. The fresh eggs, herbs, and mangos straight off the trees were a delightful part of the experience as were the sweet animals living on the property. We highly recommend Puakea Ranch for anyone...
