Modern, clean, safe area with lots of parking. I had a nice short stay at this hotel. There are not many in Hilo. The food in the little café is relatively cheap so I was able to eat at the hotel. The queens park next to it is great. Recommended.

We sure loved the room. It was big and spacious. The staff was fabulous. They made it extra special. The view was horrible. There was a great big tree in our view. Don't stay in room 441. Other than that we did enjoy our stay.

Sweet simple hotel. Nice and clean. Extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Sometimes parking is a little tight and there is no room service. Other than that I always enjoy staying here. Parking is free. Very local feel.

Quick check in. Room was bigger than expected and bed really comfy. Couldn't get on to wifi but spoke to reception and this was quickly rectified. Friendly staff. Great parking facilities and it was free which was even better! Only issue were the coqui frogs! Loud isn't the word. We were on the 6th floor and could still hear them!...

First time staying here. Staff was top notch. Very friendly and helpful. Nice hotel, a little dated. I read they are remodeling rooms. Ours was on the 5th floor seaside and didn't appear to have been remodeled recently. It did have a fridge but no microwave. Not a big deal but would have been a nice touch. Pool was large...

We had the opportunity to stay at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel and have dinner at the Queens Court Restaurant . Renovations and upgrades are evident which is nice that the hotel is doing. Clean comfortable guests are welcomed by a staff of hotel employees makes one feel welcomed and it makes the stay memorable!

We stayed here for 3 nights. Quick check-in process and location is close to the airport. Sucked that it rained on 2 days and hotel has 10 umbrellas to be shared amongst all the rooms. (More than 200). We had a broken coffee maker which we asked them to replace but they never did. Seems to be the most popular...

Unfortunately my stay here was not a planned one. I had to get my mom off of a cruise ship here in Hilo because she was sick. The local visitor center suggested I stay at this hotel while my mom was recouping at the hospital. It is an older property and could benefit from a little update but that being...

We stayed here our first night, before heading to rental house near Kaopho tide pool. We wish we had spent 2 nights! our room was huge, a room with 2 queens then a separate dining/living room, with mini kitchen. We were on the 7th floor, on the end, had 2 balconies. We woke to the gorgeous sight of the bay...

Can use some updating, clean and useful for my purposes landing after an all day trip from New York. Good crash pad. Not overly luxurious but serves the purpose to sleep and get some rest. Not a resort hotel by any means but decent.
