We love this place! Ric & Maria are wonderful hosts, the food is great, and the beautiful view of Hilo Bay as you have breakfast in the morning is fantastic. The people who gave them a poor review are nuts! This is always one of...More

We very much enjoyed our stay here, and highly recommend this B&B for anyone staying in Hilo. The location was very convenient and quiet -- it's on a quiet street about five minutes out of town. All of the rooms have fantastic views of the...More

Another comfy stay in the Bamboo Room! Ric and Maria make us feel welcome and at home. Tell them what you're looking for, and listen to their advice. They told us about the Makua'a farmers market, and for a morning, we felt like we were...More

Very lovely and helpful host. Our room was clean and we had a great view to the ocean. As in most places in Hilo there is no aircondition. It was very hot during the night. You could open the window but then you hear the...More

This is not a noisy spot. Ask the owner re king bed, rooms are not fancy but spacious. Request a room at the far end - away from dining table.

Aloha, The car rental is about a 3 minute walk from baggage claim at the Hilo Airport. If you are coming into the Kona Airport, there is a shuttle that takes you there and it's about 5 minutes away from baggage claim.
