Yes, stairs. Parking was a bunch of back-and-forth moves because there were other cars and the lot is shallow in one direction. We had a small car; a large one might be tough to park if there's only one space open. The pool... More

This is not a noisy spot. Ask the owner re king bed, rooms are not fancy but spacious. Request a room at the far end - away from dining table.

Aloha, The car rental is about a 3 minute walk from baggage claim at the Hilo Airport. If you are coming into the Kona Airport, there is a shuttle that takes you there and it's about 5 minutes away from baggage claim.
