We have stayed at many B&Bs, but the Waipio Rim rates at the top. Steve and Nancy made us feel like honored guests in their home rather than customers. Every detail from the decore to the delicious breakfast was carefully thought out and presented with a sense of style and beauty.

My wife and stayed here for a night and just loved the place. Only regret we had was not staying longer! The place gets booked really fast, so you must reserve several months in advance. Steve and Nancy are great hosts. I called them from the pay phone at Waipio Lookout, and Steve came and escorted us to the property.... More

We recently held our wedding on the Rim and cannot get over how amazing the location was. Steve and Nancy are so helpful and offer the best hospitality, really showing their guest what the "Aloha Spirit" is all about. Breakfast and the 1st nights "Pupu's" (appetizer's) were beyond delicious!!! The area is like no other! It was so nice to... More

The location is spectacular and Steve and Nancy are wonderful hosts! Thank you very much once again for sharing your fantastic home with us and for the great breakfast we could enjoy every morning. The price is high but justifiable 100% for what you get...

My wife and I stayed at this B&B in Sept 2012. It has, by far, one of the greatest views you will ever see when staying in a room. Eating breakfast on the porch and looking down into the Waipio Valley is something I will never forget. Nancy and Steve are gracious hosts. The breakfasts were fantastic. I still rave... More

By far the most spectacular view you will ever have when you wake up in the morning. But aside from the unbelievable setting, the room itself is lovely and Nancy and Steve provide everything you could need for your stay. Don't miss staying here--it will probably be one of the most memorable parts of your trip.

This is a truly magnificent studio that overlooks Waipio Valley. Steve and Nancy greeting us with fresh, local pupus allowed us to settle in properly. They are genuinely gracious hosts, who took care of every detail and made this mini vacation special. We had a wonderful time and look forward to returning in a few months.

After a big, busy wedding as well as a long flight from Montreal, we needed a place to sleep, relax and recharge. Steve and Nancy were amazing hosts and we could not have asked for anything more. The view from the balcony is beyond words and if you have a 4x4 vehicle you can brave the drive down to the... More

Stayed at Waipio Rim in late June 2013 for three nights. It was part of our three week honeymoon trip on Hawaii. During the three weeks, we stayed at several lovely places, but Waipio Rim B&B was our favorite. The room is spacious, the bathroom is well equipped and best of all - there is a private balcony outside your... More

Whether you are spending one night or several, this B & B is one that should be in your bucket list of places to stay. With a view into the "Valley of the Kings" , and a cliff across that valley rising more than a 1,000 feet above the ocean, and the beach below with a chance for waterfalls too,... More
