The best place near the volcano park. Master Uncle Robert, giving a great chef made for breakfast. But, really small shower, room is wonderful to stay wide. Like my house has comfortable doing. Thank you Robert.

Stayed one night so we could see the Volcano at night, which was awesome. Walking distance to "town" - restaurants. Lovely grounds. Robert was helpful and friendly. Bedroom walls are thin - we heard everything happening in kitchen and adjacent rooms from our room, Garden Room. Breakfast was lovely presentation, good food.

I had stayed at this B & B several years ago. I liked it then and found it upgrade now. I liked the Hawaiian art which made the main room and our room warm and welcoming. As we looked around our room we found all kinds of special touches e.g., popcorn in the basket with coffee and teas and a...

Nice stay in a cosy and very authentic house. Breakfast prepared by Robert with fresh fruit and juice was a perfect start of the day. Unfortunatly, we were only staying for one night. Volcano is the perfect place to visit the environment.

We only had one night to stay in this lovely inn nestled in a rain forest, and off the beaten path, in Volcano. And that, is my only regret. I wanted days to linger in the glass enclosed dining porch, or the comfy, tastefully decorated living room complete with fireplace. Robert the owner, and his wife, have attended to every...

Can very much recommend Aloha Junction. It's a lovely place, very central to explore the Volcano National Park and the breakfast is amazing! Stay at least two nights here to fully appreciate the accommodation and surroundings!

We do not usually stay in bed and breakfasts because of privacy and allergy issues. The facilities in Volcano, Hawaii practically mandate doing so. We had stayed in a different bed and breakfast there in 2001 where the sleeping quarters were private cabins but they were humid and generally not conducive to sleep. In addition, it was difficult to move...

Robert greeted us when we arrived. Showed us our room, and provided keys. In the B&B itself, there are kitchen facilities that you could use, which we didn't. There were also lots of different types of teas to drink, which was nice. The broadband was as fast as I have ever seen (45Mb/s download speed). The B&B itself is about...

I read a review on Lonely Planet that you only taste the real Hawaii you stay with the locals, so I booked this one night stop over to coincide with my trip to the Volcano region. It is obviously a Hawaiian Home, however the owner lives next door, so not the overall experience we were going for. However, it was...

Location is close to Volcano but this is the only good thing about it. Rooms are smelling bad, the kitchen is very dirty and everything else was kind of dirty as well. The breakfast was ok but not worth the money at all

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
The Aloha Junction B&B is located in Volcano Village, just behind the Post Office where it is quiet and private. In this old plantation home you will not feel crowded in these spacious rooms reminiscent of the 1930's. Property is fenced and gated for privacy with plenty of free parking available too. Each room has it's own coffee maker, mini fridge and toaster, but you won't want to miss Uncle Robert's famous Papaya-boat and macadamia nut breakfasts. Guests are also welcome to use the kitchen at night if you want to stay home for your own cooked meal. While touring this "Drive-in" volcano, you definitely want to include some sunset time to see the glow from Kilauea.
