My wife and I just spent four days at the Volcano Teapot Cottage. What a delightful private cottage on 2 1/2 acres of rain forest. The owners, Bill and Antionette, were very helpful and provided a wonderful selection of fresh fruit, pastries, juices, etc. every morning. We highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed.

We just returned rom our stay on the Big Island and we had the pleasure of staying at the Volcano Teapot Cottage! I seriously was blown away at how wonderful this retreat was. The cottage is adorable and Bill couldn't have been any nicer, helpful with tips and things to do, and more welcoming. He brought over pastries daily and...

Bill actually met us on the road - it's a small village - to welcome us and make sure we took advantage of the property. 2.5 beautiful acres - very well taken care of. Separate gazebo for the hot tub. Beautiful cottage - small kitchen is stocked daily, bathroom renovated with nice shower and clawfoot tub. Very convenient location to...

As with all the other reviews, this cottage is amazing. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay relaxing and comfortable. The hot tub is lovely after a day at the volcano and delightful after dark. The birds are singing all day, the plants are lovely. We used the fireplace in the evening for warmth and ambiance. It...

My husband and I had an excellent stay at volcano cottage. I have travelled to >30 countries and I think this is one of the best accommodation I have stayed at! There is plenty of delicious food provided, an abundance of tea + coffee and the location is so close to the national park. We also enjoyed the hot spa...

This is a very nice place to stay, great location only 10 minutes from the park, very comfortable (you wish it were your home) and owners who obviously care very much about the cottage and their guests. We stayed 3 days in December and it was chilly at night but toasty inside with the gas stove on. Bill was wonderful...

I stayed here with a friend on a writing retreat. This was the perfect place for such activity--quiet and lovely and full of air and light. Also, the natural surroundings were perfect. Very close to the park and the volcano. Bill was very attentive, bringing over fresh pastries that were supposed to be for the morning--often, they didn't make it...

As we walked in, my wife's words were, "I could live here." And, indeed we could! Of the hundreds of places we have stayed in our decades of travel, we would put the Teapot Cottage in the top 10. Ambiance, cleanliness, artistry, grounds, food, ..., all were awesome. It's a peaceful, lovely, private, place with a hot tub in a...

Bill and Antoinette have thought of pretty much everything. Each room in the cottage is comfortable and charming. There is information and maps for Volcano National Park, local restaurant menus, frequently needed phone numbers and fast wifi! Tons of movies and games. Grounds are luscious, with birds and flowers and a cozy hot tub. You can walk to several restaurants...
