We loved the Queen Emma. We stayed only 4 days, but we felt so at home that we could have stayed a week! Not only was it quiet and in a beautiful location, but it had everything we needed, kitchenette, laundry and a place to relax after a long day of hiking or sightseeing. The local restaurant the ohelo cafe...

We rented both units, the King Ken package, and it was great. Loved the location! A beautiful rainforest setting, just down the road from the National park. No neighbors in sight, we felt like we were in our own little retreat! Both condo's are well kept and very very clean. Our family really enjoyed it, we definitely recommend staying here!

Mahalo nui loa! Your review has brought a smile to our faces. Our property is great for larger families who want separate units while still feeling close together. We were so happy to host you during your time in the Volcano area. We hope to see you again soon!

This is perfectly fine for the area. We stayed in the Emma room, which is the smaller of the two rooms. It has everything you need for a night; the kitchen is fine, as is the bath. It is private and well priced, but the main reason to stay here is proximity to the Volcano Park.

When we got there, it was a cold rainy day, and the kids and I were eager to get into the warmth. As the kids heated their hands by the electric fireplace, which heated things up a lot, my wife and I went exploring. It had two big beds, both of which were very comfy. Next, the homey furniture; the...

This in not a hotel but 2 adjacent units in a remote part of the Volcano town. We stayed in the Queen Emma studio that is very large and includes a complete kitchen and dining area. Believe the couch is a sleeper as well. Temperatures are on the cool side so 2 heaters are available. The other unit is a...

Our family of three stayed for three nights in February in the two bedroom Sir Spencer unit. There is a king bed in each room and the beds are very, very comfortable. I commented that it might have been the most comfortable bed I had ever slept on while vacationing. There are extra throw blankets, heaters and a dehumidifier. They...

The house is a bit out of the way but very nice. We stayed just for the night. They had a table outside for eating and just relaxing. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The bedrooms were nicely done. Having 2 king size beds was very nice as there were 2 couples. Easily accessible to Volcano sites, about 10-15...

This is a wonderful place just two miles from the entrance to Volcanoes National Park. We stayed on the Emma side. The room was just as the websites describe it. Mahalo for taking the time to write a review of our property. Sir Spencer is our larger unit, that has 2 king beds and a queen pull out. Sir Spencer was decorated with Pele, our fire goddess in mind.
