Kilauea Lodge is the BEST place to stay on the Big Island, bar none! The staff are friendly and helpful and after almost 20 years of annual trips to the Lodge, we have enjoyed every trip! We'll be back!

A breathtaking resort to fulfill your every desire. The rooms are to die for with ocean views even from the shower. If you play golf bring your clubs, if you don't bring your imagination and enjoy the landscaped grounds, the sound of the surf crashing on the rocks, the interesting artwork and the spectacular setting. Staff is extraordinary and respectful....

We went there for dinner and breakfast as we stayed in a nearby Airbnb. Great food, very friendly service, super nice dining room with wood fireplace. The best restaurant in this area and not too expensive. Highly recommended.

We stayed at Kilauea Lodge twice in January with friends. It is only a mile from the entrance to Volcanoes National Park. Everyone commented how peaceful it was. The birds were singing and it was beautiful even through the rain. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Every single employee was personable and professional. This is the place to come to...

Feels like going home to us. All the lodge rooms are decorated in Hawaiian theme, cozy with fireplaces and even have umbrellas and flashlights for all your adventures. Beautiful outdoor surroundings and hot tub. Great staff, outstanding restaurant.

A Hawaiian retreat for everyone. Located in a garden and forest setting that feels a million miles away from the cares and stress of city life. Beautiful, spacious rooms with large and gracious common areas. Gardens of exotic flowers. And service accompanied with smiles and sincerity.

We stayed in one of the houses run by the Kiluea Lodge with a hot tub under the stars and very comfortable bed and accommodations. It was a two bedroom two bathroom house and was perfect for the 4 of us. Of course, we never go to Volcano without dining at the Kiluea Lodge restaurant where you can be sure...

Very relaxing get away. Would definitely recommend to others. Peaceful evening and dinner. Great breakfast in the morning. It was nice that the breakfast came with the stay. The hot tub was nice. We sat in the gazebo out front for awhile and had a nice time.

We stayed in Tutu's Cottage with our son and daughter in law. The cottage was roomy and nicely furnished. Having a full kitchen was a real plus. We have stayed in more spartan places near the volcano that were cold with limit hot waters so we were pleasantly surprised to find this cottage. It is walking distance to some good...

Mahalo for your Review. We heard you and a new bed is in place. I spent weekends in Tutu's Cottage back in the forties. Glad you enjoyed it too. aloha Lorna

It's been years since I've stayed at Kilauea Lodge, and it's still as good as I remember. We stayed in Kehau, and I would stay there again. It's placed in the back of the lodge, so the view is of a birdsong filled rainforest. Very quiet and relaxing. The room was cozy and warm, almost didn't even need the heater....
