Pool is great...waterside and waterfalls are fun. Little shallow beach area for kids. Bar and restaurant on site open until 7pm. They offer a free shuttle every 15 minutes that goes to other nearby Hilton resorts (more to do and later open at Hilton Waikoloa). Shuttle also goes to Kings shops and Queens marketplace. Close to beach. Golf course in...

We recently returned home from our fourth vacation on the Big Island. During our three previous stays, we stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa hotel, just down the street from the King's Land property. That property is fantastic for any family visit, we decided to change things up and spend the last few nights of this most recent stay the Kings...

EXCELLENT: weather, shopping, beaches, restaurants, pools, surrounding hotels, off property excursions and adventures like hiking, helicopter rides, snorkeling, biking and of course relaxing. I highly recommend Kings Land.

Do not pass up a chance to stay at Kings Land. Best of the best in the premier units. Access to the Wiakoloa Hilton is terrific and the parking pass saves 25 per day. Condo suites are WAY better than staying at the hotel. Great visit.

We have only rented a vacation condo once so I don't have much comparison. I love beautiful large resort hotels and didn't think I would like a condo or timeshare. This property changed my mind. It's a wonderful property. I didn't feel like I was missing any of the amenities because we had access to the larger resort. We actually...

New buildings do not incorporate the HI history. The condos feel more like a hotel & association dropped the ball on comfort. Furnishings are minimal, cheap & uncomfortable. The grounds are so overwatered that the spray saturates the walkways, several people fell.

Thank you for your review of our newest buildings. We understand everyone will have a different opinion, and appreciate this input, especially as we move forward with future phases. As the grounds are new as well, it does sometimes take a little more care to ensure everything is growing properly, however, never at the expense of safety, we will be...

Spent two weeks there. Accommodations are good and clean. Staff is very polite and friendly, as you would expect from Hilton brand. Sadly, we had a large sum of cash stolen from the room safe and the security staff did nothing. Lesson: don't leave cash in the safe!

Let me first apologize for the security issue you experienced. I trust this has been addressed, as we take every security related issued very seriously, situations such as these are extremely rare, and generally have a positive outcome. Thank you for the kind comments regarding our staff, we hope to see you again in the near future. Sincerely, Wilbert Lee...

The spacious clean room was great nice size balcony with a couch and seat bedrooms and bathrooms were a great size and very well equipped kitchen. My family of 4 had the most wonderful stay at Kings' Land. We stayed in a 2 BR in one of the buildings across the street (21 or 22 I think). This unit was less points because is is slightly smaller than the units on the other side of the street. What a great value as it was perfectly sized,...

This place was home for 12 of us for a week. Wonderful place to stay. Very quiet place. Wonderful pool area . Shuttle bus takes you to the glorious Hilton hotel. Condo was very spacious and well decorated. We had two condos and plenty of room. The Hilton hotel has all kinds of water activities. We enjoyed shopping at the...
