Over all we enjoyed our stay. The facility is beautiful. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The grounds are kept to high standards with a staff which is very professional and friendly. This resort is in a great location, it’s not far from anything but you will need transportation to get around the Island .I won’t say it was perfect because we did have a couple issues. However the GM Charlie, was quick in his response to remedy our concerns. Please keep in mind that we had a really enjoyable time.There were plenty of places to eat , drink and shop within walking distance. Grills are located throughout the resort and we did take advantage of using them. Also there is more than one pool at this location which are very well maintained. We were there during Super-bowl Sunday and they created specialty drinks for each team.…

Our 2bd/2.5ba suite was generously sized and very comfortable. The property is in what I consider the best location on island. Close to everything with an elevated atmosphere. The only complaint would be that the bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the bedding did not fit properly. Sheets came undone every night. We prefer an ocean view but would absolutely stay here again. This property is a short, beautiful walk to a graciously appointed Hilton resort that has stunning ocean views with public access.

Resort is awesome with HUGE suites and huge balconies. Very updated and maintenance and Cleaning staff are friendly and helpful. We love the proximity to all the best beaches on the big island. Was windy when we were there but still nice to not have to drive out from Kona to our fav beaches. Loved the beds and the bedding was awesome!!

We go there quite a lot, and enjoy the wide veranda, the hot tubs, golf course, cats, and spacious rooms, with washer, dryer, dishwasher, and closets large enough to house a small dormitory of children.

Although we weren’t able to check in early, the 2bdrm upstairs was immaculate upon our entry! The size of unit really surprised us! VERY comfortable for the 4 of us! Resort had great proximity to circumnavigate the island with rental car. Resort shuttle was useful for shopping/restaurants. Can’t wait to return!

If you like to golf, this is the place for you. If you like the beach, it’s a long walk away. Should be called a golf resort, NOT a beach resort. The rooms are big and nicely appointed. The ceiling between the floors is thin. We could clearly hear the family above us walking around. The grounds are well cared for and well maintained. It is very quiet, which was nice.

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at the Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach Village. The staff were all professional, knowledgeable, and extremely caring! Our unit on the third floor of building four, was lovely, spacious, well-equipped, and extremely clean! We had a fabulous and large lanai. We loved the pristine grills, beautiful pool, and gorgeous landscaping! A special shout out to maintenance worker, Reynald, who not only aided us in tightening the wheel nut on my sister’s wheelchair, but tightened all her wheel nuts to make sure her wheelchair was safe! We can’t wait to go back to the Big Island and stay there again. We had an exceptional experience at the Bay Club and would recommend staying there to all our family and friends!

The Bay Club Units are very nice and spacious but, despite the fact that they are part of Hilton Grand Vacations, you do not have guest privileges at the main complex of pools near the hotels. Other HGV timeshares do have guest privileges. Every one bedroom in the Bay Club overlooks the noisy interior road used for parking and maintenance and the outer main resort road.

It was our first time to stay at this resort and we were so impressed with the size of our 1 bedroom condo. It was very nicely furnished and it had every amenity you could think of. We enjoyed the huge wrap around lanai and spent alot of time out there eating, reading and relaxing! We also had a lovely view of the pool across the street and a beautiful view of the grounds.

Booked 7 nights Dec 2022, just prior to Christmas, family of 4, with 2 teens. BASICS The rooms were slightly dated but, they are adequate. We had ground floor 2 bdrm queen and 2 double beds. At first, I wished we had upper room but, as it turned out ground floor was perfect. Nice outside sitting area and lush grassy space just beyond patio. We were able to watch golfers on the course, and it was so quiet that you could hear the swing of the club. PRO TIP- Call front desk and ask for what you need, when we needed extra rooms towels, or needed to change out pool towels, maybe some extra dish soap- it was never an issue. Front desk was very accommodating and friendly. AMAZING- Our flight home was cancelled on Christmas eve just before we were checking out of our room. Our flights were rescheduled 3 days later, so the resort staff were able to move our belongings and remaining food into the new room!!!! What a stressful time but, resort staff took it all in stride. With the cancelled flights our trip was 11ngts/12 days. Happy with the choice to stay here. Thank you. POOLS- 3 pools, main one by check in always had a few people around not much coverage for shade outside rentable cabanas, fun slide for the kids. Middle pool, was desolate of people most of the time, couple people here and there but, chairs were always available, shallow pool, I think 4 ft. Pool by recreation center, always had spots but, if you wanted loungers with shade don't wait till mid-day. Hot tub was too hot for long term soaking but, made the pool feel better. With the cancelled flights our trip was 11ngts/12 days. Happy with the choice to stay here. PRO TIP - Make reservations at restaurants before you get here, go play golf at all 3 courses-watch for goats, snorkeling trips nearby, go to A-Bay beach, Hapuna Beach so much fun. Oh, and if you want a real grocery store go north a little to Foodland Farms Mauna Lani- much less expensive and better variety than Island Gourmet. …
