It is easy to spend a week on the Big Island. Volcanoes, star gazing, hiking, snorkeling, dolphin swims - there are unlimited options for activities. Bay Club offers tons of space for families. It is very clean and well maintained. We would go back in a minute.

Excellent facility and staff, but disappointed that this is the only resort that does not allow free access to the Hilton Hotel pool or lagoon or the pools at the other resorts. We had to pay an additional $80/day or $150/for three days to use the Hilton Hotel pool.

The Bay Club Villa is spacious and of the highest quality. Location is great. Close to the main amenities and wonderful beach. Our family liked the scenic view, from the unit, across the island to the volcano. The staff could not have been more helpful. They provided new tennis rackets and balls after hours and were generally solicitous of our...

Our room was dirty. The fridge had old food in it, the toilet was stained and not clean, there were old soaps in the shower, and the shower floor was dirty. The room was dark and smelled musty. The concierge was incredibly rude and when we sat down at her desk, she blew us off to have a personal conversation...

Overall, this was a great resort for my family while on the big island. It was in a decent location to be able to roadtrip easily all over the island. My biggest disappointment was the size and lack of pools. Then the one day of our trip we decided to stay back to hang at the pool, our pool was...

Accommodations were first rate and would recommend The Bay Club to anyone who asks. The atmosphere was very low key and the bar area shut down earlier than we would of liked it to (8:30 - 9:00 pm). So if this is a place where you would like a lot of night life, it probably not what you might be...

Beautiful place with wonderful amenities and knowledgeable staff. Even wonderful in the rain. Location was excellent. Prices were reasonable for Big Island. "Island Time" very relaxing or you can be doing something every minute. Daylight is about 10-12 hours all year round; no Daylight Savings Time. No snakes in the Hawaii.

Very nice facilities, a few cockroaches, but s little far away from everything. Staff was crazy nice and helpful, a little skimpy on grills, waited an hour to get on a grill, no one was willing to hurry or share half a grill...other than that, if you can get a good price it's a great place

When you arrive, you are treated through out your stay by the friendliest and helpful staff you could ever want. We very much look forward to staying here. Just the atmosphere makes you relax, but at the same time the Big Island offers everything you could want in the Hawaiian Islands without the crowds

Highly recommended for location, cleanliness, services, and great staff! Will come again! Great for solo vacation or just a couples getaway! Kid friendly as well, with water slide at one of pools! Can't say enough good things!
