We absolutely loved everything about our stay at the Hilton Waikoloa Village except the food. Beautiful rooms, beautiful views, an amazing art gallery everywhere on the grounds. Sadly the food was merely adequate although the costs were high. We highly recommend staying here and leaving the grounds for at least breakfast and lunch in town. Lava Java has a great...

If you're visiting Hawaii on vacation it's absolutely hard not to have a good time and enjoy things. We had a great time in Hawaii and the Hilton is a fine facility with a few exceptions please make sure you stay in a room closer to the activities otherwise you will have a 15 minute walk to the main lobby...

Stayed here for 5 nights. The property is beautiful and it never seemed crowded. The kids enjoyed the main pool and water slide. The lagoon offered great swimming and snorkeling where you can see fish and turtles. The only negative was the price of drinks and dinning on the property. We ended up going off property to eat because of...

I really thought that this was a beautiful resort complex. There is a tram that runs back-and-forth to the different hotel towers but once you understand the layout there isn't really a huge difference between several of the towers and the main lobby. The room was clean and inviting. The beach area which is it's own lagoon was really nice...

We spent a nice long afternoon and evening before our very late flight home. Yes, it's a bit of a splurge to do so, but where else can you go for a swim, some sun, a delicious meal, watch the dolphins, and join everyone for that last Hawaiian sunset. We got a view of the island and the water from...

Arrived at hotel on Monday, February 13. Asked to be in the renovated building (Palace Tower) which the room was nice...till we found the roach crawling across the TV. Hotel offered comp Breakfast coupons. And thank goodness they did. Big Island Buffet is $32 per person and not worth $9.95. Headed to pool that was freezing cold. Then went to...

I think for some reason I have reviewed as Wiakoloa Beach Resort as it does show pictures of the Hilton property. This is where I've stayed both trips. First in the Ocean Tower, then the Palace Tower this past trip. Again the best HGV Concierge staff at the property was still there. Altanta Mike, Cindy, and Jerry will book any...

Have stayed here often and it feels like they just don't care anymore. Time-share seems to be their direction and it DRAMATICALLY affects the experience! Everything from number and quality of in the boat canal (method of transportation to rooms) to removing and cutting back to many of the beautiful plants on the grounds. Very disappointing for our anniversary trip....

Plenty of options onsite for every family member to experience something of interest and at the same time allow couples the opportunities to get away and explore the Hawaiian atmosphere. I would recommend several nights stay to explore all areas of the property.

Let me start off by saying the reviews that say the resort is huge and to be prepared to do lots of walking are correct! The first couple days I kept thinking it was no big deal but after the 3rd day of walking all over the resort it became a little frustrating. Yes, there is a monorail and a...
