This is the best resort we have stayed at. The property is large and lush but the rail tram and water taxis make it very easy to get around. If you do not want to rent a car they also provide shuttle bus service to the shopping center which includes restaurants and grocery and shops such as Macy's and Tommy...

My wife and I recently stayed at the Hilton Waikoloa. It was part of an award trip that we were very thankful to earn. We stayed in the Ocean Tower, and are impression was that it was a bit run down. While it wasn't unmanagable by any means, we did find it very average and slightly below expectations acording to...

Check-in was more than efficient, thorough and quick, even though we arrived early. Property is expansive but pleasant on-site transportation to rooms. Room was large, clean, quiet and tastefully done.

As first timers to Hawaii, we were not entirely sure about what to do and see during our time there. The staff at Hilton Waikoloa Village gave us some great advice and were spot on with their recommendations. It really made our stay even more enjoyable.

Our room in ocean tower smelled very bad of mildew. Contacted front desk and was offered to see a room in Palace Tower and switch if acceptable. Immediately went to concierge desk to get key card to see room, and was informed that the room in Palace tower had become occupied in last couple minutes- it was 10 a.m. I...

Aloha Hideko1993, I'm very sorry to hear about the room smell and challenges you encountered in trying to get it fixed. We are working hard to refresh the rooms, with new rooms in MAKAI at Lagoon Tower, recently renovated oceanfront rooms in Ocean Tower and renovations to the rooms in Palace Tower scheduled for 2015. I apologize that your room...

This property has it all. Pools, water slides, dolphin encounters, a spa and numerous restaurants. It even has a tram and boat that takes you to your hotel rooms (hence why I said it's similar to DisneyLand). There are so many options for families here, but the property can be a bit daunting at times especially if you forget something...

This is our 3rd stay here and it always wonderful. This time we were given an upgrade as Hilton honors members to an ocean view cabana room in the lagoon tower- the ocean tower can be very noisy due to its configuration and the birds that gather on the interior of the buildings. The staff are very attentive and we...

Loved this hotel! All the staff was friendly and helpful. My daughter scrapped her leg on a hike and the front desk gave us band aids twice so we wouldn't have to buy them. The valet always gave us water while waiting for our car. The hotel photographers were taking photos but never pressured us to buy them (even though...

A good location on the island but a little ways away from some of the things to see/do... All food (except for room service closes at 9PM). Not optimal for late night dining if you were off on the island all day. Facilities were wonderful and did not feel like guests were on top of each other. Dolphins and Sharks...

I just returned from my 5th stay there (all over the past year or so). The grounds are amazing and offer so much from the Asia m art collection to the lagoon. Over the past couple of trips, I have noticed some really basic management issues. If you need to call the front desk, good luck. This past trip, the...
