The reason I didn't rate the resort as a 5 star is that they weren't running the internal transportation frequently enough. The resort is huge. Luckily, my husband and I are healthy enough to walk everywhere because the week we were there was apparently not busy enough for them to bother to run the trams and boats very often. Just...

This is a beautiful hotel. Big rooms, great service. But I missed having a beach connected to the hotel. The white sand lagoon is nice, but feels small and unnatural. My kids could have cared less about spending time in it. I think if they were younger it might have been better suited to their needs. As teens, they just...

There is something for everyone here. Great restaurants, wonderful pools. The scenery was breathe taking from the whales and sunsets off Buddha point to the Lava rocks each view is breath taking. The cultural events daily were fun as well as the Hawaiian events. A great place to relax, and do whatever you please. I typically get bored easy but...

Hilton Waikoloa Village was a great place to stay, it had a tram, a boat ride around the property, and a ocean fed lagoon inside. They also have a hallway full of musuem artifacts that are lovely. I don't really encourage you to go the Dolphin Quest, because it doesn't really look that entertaining. The Christmas Buffet and the service...

If you're looking for an ocean front vacation property, this is it. We stayed in the Makai Tower on the sixth floor overlooking the dolphin lagoon and were entertained with the crashing surf and the playful dolphins. The property is lovely and well maintained. The restaurant food is mediocre and pricey. One thing you need to know - the POOL...

My husband and I went here for our honeymoon, and we LOVED the site + the staff. The best part by far though was how well they took care of us concerning allergies. I have a lot (really, a lot) of very uncommon food allergies, and the whole staff was most excellent and cooperative in making sure we ate and...

Great hotel, self enclosed. Highly recommend the hotel guest discount card for the restaurants in the hotel. We tried the restaurants and it was good. Hotel was located next to some of the best beaches on the island.

I'm sure there have been thousands of reviews so to be helpful, I'll post what I like and don't like. The rooms are fine. Like any beach resort I've been to, these are typical and they are worn. The resort seems to put the money into the common areas not the rooms-- but all in all they are good enough...

This place isn't as bad as I thought it would be given the reviews on yelp and tripadvisor. First and foremost, we want to thank MEGAN at the front desk for all her help in familiarizing us with the hotel and her patience in answering all of our questions. She really gave us a terrific first impression of the Hilton...
