My wife and 2 children aged 4 and 7 stayed in one of the Palace Tower buildings in Sept 14 for 5 days. Everyone says the place is big but I think it is better to think of this place as 3 resorts rolled into one with a relatively convenient public transport system (monorail or boat) to get between the... This was our first trip to the big island. We came in late at night and checked in. We LOVED our room and would definitely come back just for the resort. The people were all so friendly. As far as the areas around the resort.... when you drive out from that main road (Waikoloa Beach Dr), it's like driving on... More

My husband and I came here this summer for a romantic getaway. I had never been to Hawaii and he had never been to the Big Island. I decided to book this resort after doing my research online and talking to our travel agent. The resort was in fact gorgeous. And, it is enormous! There is a tram that comes... More

Spent several days here with extended family. Amazing rooms and they had lots of things for families to do during the day. Located near Queens and Kings Shopping Plaza, dining and gift needs are easily met. Well worth the investment.

We were mildly surprised as we left the lava fields between Kona and Waikoloa and arrived at the Hilton Waikoloa Village. As we entered the lobby and looked through to the Resort's lagoon we immediately felt tension leave. After a quick and helpful checkin we made our way to our room in the Ocean Tower part of the complex. The... More

We were very pleased with our stay. Everyone was responsive to our needs and request. The only issues we had was the air conditioning didn't cool to our satisfaction and if you get a room that connects to another room, you will hear noise from the other room. We thought the Big Island Breakfast was a little over-priced.

I stayed at this hotel last May for a business conference and never will I ever return. The hotel is absolutely massive and it takes almost 30 minutes to walk from one end to the other.
