Loved staying here. Beautiful location. The view from our room was fabulous. Great location. Condo was clean and freshly redone. Pool area was fantastic. Staff was friendly. Only drawbacks. No air conditioning. So if you are going any later than May it will be warm....More
The inside of this condo is very nice and clean, but the view and how close it is to the ocean waves makes this a memorable place to stay. There is no beach, but there is a grassy area with lounge chairs for sitting close...More
We visited this resort in 1999, we just went back and our experience was the same, great! Surely a updated room and grounds, wonderful! You can walk to downtown Kappa in less than ten minutes, nice walking trail along the waters edge. We had a...More

This depends on the level of your experience and ability on snorkeling/swimming as well as you have to take in consideration the surf/tide. Also are you travelling with kids? You can snorkel pretty much anywhere in an open water if you want. But if you want places that are calmer, I suggest you go to places like Lydgate Beach. Its about 5-10 minutes drive from us. This beach is a manmade lagoon. It is surrounded with lava rocks. And they have lifeguard on duty all day. When are you coming to visit?
