The inside of this condo is very nice and clean, but the view and how close it is to the ocean waves makes this a memorable place to stay. There is no beach, but there is a grassy area with lounge chairs for sitting close to the water and enjoying the view and sound. However, in this condo there is...

We visited this resort in 1999, we just went back and our experience was the same, great! Surely a updated room and grounds, wonderful! You can walk to downtown Kappa in less than ten minutes, nice walking trail along the waters edge. We had a two bedroom with a loft master, two couple can easily enjoy the space! Wonderful BBQ...

Stayed 6 days in Kapaa. There is a walking trail adjacent to the property that follows the beachline. You can walk for a few mile if you want. Nice views and the crashing waves, what could be better. The condo itself sleeps 6, bedroom with 2 twins a hideabed and a loft with separate bathroom. It was nice but a...

The place is older but location and the friendly staff makes up for it. No AC but was not an issue this time of the year (end of January), except for when we checked in and hauled up our luggage (3rd floor no elevator) Great view of the ocean. Extremely friendly staff with good suggestions. As for most of the...

Booked a 1 bedroom. 2 couples. The extra bed in the living room (in closet) was super comfortable like a bed in a bedroom per the couple that stayed there for 5 nights. Full sized kitchen, the location offers a pool and a hot tub which is central to all the units. Hospitality was solid and friendly. Simple location, don't...

We arrived last Wednesday and are here until this coming Friday. Unit is nice, but not outstanding. It's nice being on the beach, but the beach is rocky and not suited for swimming. I was really surprised that the TV was. not Hi-def and that we had to pay for wi-fi. Also, there's no in-unit laundry. There is laundry on...

We were able to score a two week trade and stay a Worldmark Kapaa. We added a week prior with friends in Maui and a week after in Princeville, making it possible to spend the month of May on our favorite islands. We had never stayed in Kapaa before but have enjoyed being in town and being able to walk...

As usual for a Worldmark unit, this one was clean, comfortable, and had lots of amenities. The pool was nice here and the view of the ocean was great as the units were separated only by about 30 metres of grass from the waves. Not a swimming beach or one you'd really want to walk on, but nice to look...

We really enjoyed our stay here! Beautiful lawn with loungers for on the ocean viewing. No beach but so many nearby. Quiet evenings and very comfortable beds. Right on the bike/run/walk trail. Grocery and Starbucks in walking distance. Great places to eat nearby. Bike rental one half block away. Great pool area with hot tub. Well maintained property including pool...

The sad part of this stay was all the unit needed was a good clean inside and out. By the time I got to the washer and drier on the 1 floor my feet were so dirty I had to scrub the filth off. They have not cleaned the stairwell in never. The staff were excellent . The view was...
